Outspark's Customer service...
I submitted a ticket about 2 days ago, explaining to Outspark that "After the recent patch which was supposed to have increased the maximum number of HP and SP stones, the maximum number of SP stones I could carry has decreased instead. I used to be able to carry 37, and now I can only carry 35". (I still had 37, its just that when I go to the stone seller it says "maximum: 35".) And so, I recieved a reply.

outspark are probably scamming people, after Beta is no more, character wipe comes, everything that's CS is gone too, so to me in my opinion, outspark are scamming people.
And outspark would probably reply some s..*censored* that's pretty much the same thing since they are so dumb |
So it looks like in the ticket....all they did was tell you what your problem was? That they looked at your account and it appeared to them in their records that you did have 37 SP stones?
Despite clearly displaying on your computer that it's only 35 stones o.O? |

A CSR is a better bet =/
The GM's keep saying that they're not responsible for account stuff and refer you to a CSR for technical difficulties and patch problems. |
What I would do is go to the Stone Seller and move the mouse over the SP stones so that the max shows 35 and then maybe draw like a circle around the fact that you have 37 right now and try again?

no i cant buy more than 37 the last time i checked... and yes, the GM i reported this to DID ask me to contact customer (dis)service, and so thats what i did.

The rate at how they are working on these bugs are rather ridiculous. Some being Cash Shop related... they should be fixed right away. They do not have to compensate if it was done on our part but that obviously isn't the case when you buy what's supposedly 'perfect'. Same with the War Rant... it's obvious it wasn't working and yet they haven't done much about it. Rather they removed the issue from the sub-forum instead of keeping it there saying it was unresolved. Usually they'd say it was fixed or what not if it was dealt with but Outspark is famous for just removing things.

yeah.... like bugged quest.. spam bots... mage skill glitch and all that... I can sort of see why they didnt prioritise it....
but when this involves cash shop items.. they're also sweeping it under the rug.... So they still havent fixed it and they're not ignoring it...? |

Lmao It's just like calling a certain customer service by phone and being forwarded over and over until you come ot the start. They hope that by doing that you'll give up.

er er... i'm half serious.... i'm just worried that they saw it as a threat and decide "that's bad attitude" and not help you even more... :p
but at the same time i hope it works... kekeke i dunno~ NMW.... it sounds like they dont understand wat your problem is... find out how much stones another cleric of the same level can carry, and show them a comparison: Another Cleric can hold 80HP / 70SP stones (made up numbers) I can ONLY hold 54 / 47 SP stones and give them print screen with your character name in it, to show them the max number of stones u can carry (so instead of cropping it just to this: http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s...edecreased.jpg give them a picture with ur character name in it as well) try make it clear what you are getting and wat you're suppose to get... coz it seems like they dont read the help tickets properly.. so u gotta try make the issue clear with just a glance |
