Photoshop Express
Adobe has created an in-browser Photoshop free of charge! It can be used on any browser but you will need Flash 9 (which they will prompt you to install). Then you just register, verify, and you're good to go.
Try it out, play around and learn its features. I hope that with this, more people will want to join SOTWs. Photoshop Express I've registered but apparently it takes quite awhile for the mail to arrive because of high demand. And if you request for it to resend a verification you need to wait until the recent one arrives to activate so be patient. Enjoy! EDIT: I just took a Test Drive. I'm not sure if it's like the actual Photoshop. From what I see it's so you can edit your pictures and upload em... *waits for the activation key* |

Hmmm I've thought about doing the SoTW here quite a few times but always decided against it for personal reasons and @ Hyperswoss if you pm I might have something that can help you. ^.^

Its more of a photo re-touching program than actual Photoshop.
A lot of Photoshop's actual features were missing. No layers, no pen tool, no magic wand. Here's a screenshot I took of it. (Don't mind the ugly drawing) http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/2...ressbi7.th.png |
I don't think you can actually get all the tools of PS in a browser-version.

Awe, that's too bad... but you can still use it to make a base? Add text and stuff in Paint maybe.

I you can probably make a base using it, but I'm not sure since I didn't try making anything using it yet.
Thing is, you need to open an uploaded image before you have access to the editing program. You can't open a clean new canvass from it. It has filter effects but only a very few of them. They're filter effects I have mostly never seen on Photoshop, except for Distort maybe. |

i'm registering! EDIT: I'm in~ OMG this is where it's an advantaged to hv used photobucket! u can log into it and use ur photos from there :( but all my images are with imageshack where's the feedback form? XD |
I think the touch up tool blurs parts of the image.
At least the lines of my drawing blurred when I used it o.o Probably because its a lineart drawing. Someone needs to test it using real photos. |
