Where are the actual files?

Well I've successfuly downloaded and installed both the Patcher as well as the Game itself. However I couldn't but notice that the game's program files are not in the same folder as the Patcher (C:\Program Files\Outspark\OutsparkLauncher)

If you ask me, that's a bit suspicious that the game would install itself in an unknown location. I've also tried searching my computer for "Fiesta.bin" since that's the name of the process, but it's nowhere to be found.

Where exactly is the 600 Mbs of files that I downloaded located?

Niion 06-21-2007 05:44 PM

Before I answer this, why do you want to know?
The only reasons I can think of right now is for malicious intent <<

Rightclaw 06-21-2007 06:20 PM

I just checked and I couldn't find them either, but i don't think it's nothing to worry about.

Mithikal 06-21-2007 06:52 PM

The files are installed here.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Outspark\Fiesta

I doubt he would be a hacker if he could not find the files himself.

Ah thank you =D

No, I'm not going to do anything malicious >_>

I just have this weird habit of listening to all the music of every MMORPG I download. But Fiesta doesn't have them in Mp3 format so blah. =(

Thanks again guys, sorry for the shady request.

if you look in your program files you should have been able to find them.

They are in .wav format. You should still be able to listen to them via Media Player or Winamp. If not, they can easily be converted to mp3. If you have trouble finding it. The folder is...

(C: or whatever your drive letter is)

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Outspark\Fiesta\ressound

That folder has all the background music and sound fx in it. If you are having trouble finding the Music just look for the files that are a larger file size.

I figured it out i just assumed they were in program files but really they are in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Outspark

NavMan 06-25-2007 12:20 AM

The Application data folder is hidden so you need to turn 'view hidden folders' on.

Sorry for the bump, but I don't think that this is worth a new thread. Does anyone know how to change the fonts of the game?
