Not impressed with KQ / Outspark
 

I made the grave error of going into a KQ with my inventory nearly full. By the end of the KQ, it was full.

I was not too fussed about not getting a prize (it's normally just elrue/lix/pots), but for some reason I didn't get the 3000-odd experience that was the whole point of doing the KQ.

I've been outsparked.

Thats your own smooth move =/ Up to you to think ahead. I've never had that problem. I wouldn't say you got "outspark'd" because it might not be a bug.

yes that has always been the case.... if u dont hv space for inventory then u dont hv the rewards including EXP...

yeah i dont see how that works....

MAYBE its a bug! might need someone who has playe a foreign version of Fiesta to tell us if it's Outspark or its the way the game is designed...

They're probably linked somehow.

They didn't know you couldn't get the exp with a full inv. So, yeahh :x

I get the EXP before opening the case... O__O

Me too =\ Ah well. Its not like Dezza can get the exp now anyway.

@Enraya: You get the exp after you open the box? Really? o_o I always thought it was when the Success pops up...

I guess they should mention that somewhere if it is suppose to be like that, since most people figure you would get the exp anyway if they didn't know about the full inventory thing before.

When Hessah first told me about it, I guess it was like that since it's part of the reward... And, honestly, I was incredibly happy when she told me, made completing one KQ quest a little easier...

In any case, I never had a problem with it cause every time that has happened to me, I did it on purpose... Except once, but I just dropped an ore or something before the boss was killed.

LMAO - I NEVER knew that. I have always made sure to have room in my inventory, but I never realized that if I didn't get the chest, I didn't get the exp. :eek:

It's not like that for everyone...

Actually, those two are the only people I've ever heard of with that problem.

I think it's a bug that is on your character when you make them.

For example, NotMyWay and I can carry more than 10 quests, but you all have a limit of 10. They're made that way.

Yeah. I was giving the quests as another example of the bugs that occur when you make a character.

Hm... or this might be a bug when you do CERTAIN things with your char. My char is quite bugged too... One of my chars can start more than 10 quests as well - in addition (a separate issue), it says that I can get the reward for the Shutian's Apples quest when I have no apples (nor can I really get the reward).

What KQ were you on?

Anyway I doubt that anything is dropped in the low kq's is worth keeping, I dont know why you didnt drop some stuff...

I've died in the last seconds of the kq and not gotten the xp or prize. i.e. Robo....

It is a bug. There was a time when they tweaked the KQs in Bright Kingdom and some people ended up not getting any exp. But later they fixed it...

i think the Shutian apple quest was a bug for everyone.... keke i had that too

OH.... hehe oops. I never tried asking anyone else. It was just one of those quests that I ignored - although the notification was a minor nuissance everytime I logged on ><.

But then again, it doesn't do that for some of my other chars... hmm what is this thread about again? Okies I'm going off topic now so I'll stop.

About the ability to carry 20 quests instead of 10, i think its a bug that affects all epith players, since if i remember correctly my other epith characters could also carry more than 10 quests...

As for the KQ, maybe next time u could learn from this and store ur items in bank before entering a KQ? I've also made a similar mistake once by not having enough space after a mini dragon KQ. i knew i needed space to get the treasure chest but i didnt know about the mini dragon ores. (after mini dragon kq is completed, MD ores spawn and players can mine them for a limited time, gaining various materials and MD rings. and i didnt know so i had only 4 spaces)

Although i think that not awarding the exp to players just because they dont have a space to receive the chest is a bit... bugged? they should award exp even for players that dont get the chest due to full inventory...

Are you sure that bugs can affect only certain individuals? Seems strange...

BTW, even I have the bug of not getting exp when my inv is full.

Yes, I agree. In Epith you can have more than 10 quests, my archer currently has 13 or 15 quests. O.o DOn't know why though.

And also, I just experinced this too. I did a gold hill KQ should of gotten 3.3k expo but I didn't get anythign! T-T
