D/Cing
 

Im not sure what is up with this, but everytime I am attacked by this one person, I get Disconnected.
(So he tends to go after me)
1. This gives a absolutly disadvantage and cost me T3 scrolls in the Abyss.
2. This shouldnt be happening

._. Didnt know where to post this but I am so confused why this happens.

Normally the first few times I get hit in pvp or a guild war I lag a bit, I've never d/c'd when it happens, though. But that's odd if it's just one person...
The only thing I can think of is you could try restarting your computer to fix it, It's worth a try. As to why it's happening I have absolutely no clue.

This has been happeneding for about three days, and it is only this person.
He seems to target me becuase just by clicking do attacking normally I D/C. So No fair fight and there was a GUilD war just a min. ago with their guild, very unfair on my part.

And Now i am having trouble logging in. I click login and it brings me up to the book then brings me back to the page were i loggin at. And It did this 5 times in a row before I could even log in at all, just to log in and get attacked to be D/Ced again.

XxSacred_LeonxX or something like that.

I have a bran new computer with great graphic cards and I rarely lag and get D/Ced. And its jsut if he attacks me at all, doesnt matter his weapon.. he switches them at times.

._. yeah I doubt that too, his party got in a fight w/ mine over a Training spot in Battle grounds one time...

I asked him about it and he said a few other people said that happens when he attacks them.

Then again... I can't log in because of X Trap.

._. Well im just in shop right now... couldnt even help save my guildmates from that guild because he would cause me to D/C everytime I attacked one of his guildmates. (and yes he knows he makes me D/C- we tested it out and hten he went loony and made me D/C alot in a row)

D= Hope they fix the X Trap issue too.

That is what most likely happened. Reinstall as Zod said :)

It sucked! We needed chu Hazu T^T (though I did launch a sneak attack on him >.>)

Anyways, I hope reinstalling will fix the problem cause this really sucks!

Report it to a CSR and a GM. They may be able to do something about it.

Whenever I vendor, d/c d/c d/c.... T.T

I'd screen the guy and report it to a GM. He may be using a hack to DC you. If its only this one guy, its him, not you.

Report it to both or one of them?

O.O If he was hacking why would it only D/C me or a couple other people, why not were it D/Ces everyone?

You should still report it. You can take a sequence of screenies. You fighting, him approaching you, him getting closer, him attacking you if you can, and then ta da. Give a full explanation.

Report it to a GM. CSRs are for non-in-game issues. GMs are for in-game issues, and this is an in-game issue. Silkypico is on atm.

I would report it to both and just explain to them that you were not sure if this was a technical issue or an in-game issue (being this person could possibly be using something to do this) so you wanted everyone to be aware of it.

O.o were it freezes is were I get D/ced...... o.o my screen was only frozen for like 1 second though.. when it uploaded it stretched that i guess.

._. I reported it and the GM said its weird for me to be D/ced when attacked.

=/ Its not hta tim trying to get anyone banned, just want it fixed XP So i can kill Leon XD or atleast not be d/ced from being attacked.

All i can suggest is un-install/Re-install Fiesta

im not good at techno stuff so thats what i suggest to everyone

I didnt leave the sever when alot of crud was going on so not ognna leave it cause some guy can D/C me...><

the lag u have could be related to the unloading of the scene. So it would only occur as an site effect.

Something interesting might be if people around u also had a d/c the same time. If so its most likely a new version of that d/c hack xtrap supposedly fixed. But cant tell much about that topic -.-". DoS attacks are not my style.

but u sayed u returned to the world list screen(my name for it :)), so most likely a possible attack came form the world connection, maybe something with the whisper system. Blocking the one that tries to d/c's u. If he cant d/c u anymore, well... i would advise u to report him as a cheater then.

As for a possible fix:
there is actually very little u can do. Maybe it is because of a bug in your client, in that case reinstalling with the latest client might help.
If that does not fix your problem, chances are very slim u can do anything else about it, except trying to avoid it.

only a few times I wasnt w/ anyone when this happened. But I'm onlyone that d/c's.

This started happening, and is the day I met this person, the night of the patch taht was supposed to only last 30 min. I got D/Ced by him during that time and couldnt get on for a hour or two. After that I learned that he was able to d/c me by attacking me.

I've seen him fight my guildmates, they do not D/C. So I'm thinking it might just be a glitch or something between our comps dont agree... I dont know XD

I contacted a GM about this and he admits its very strange to happen.
I'll try reinstalling this weekend and see how it does.

=P I dont think this person is a bad person, just if your happen to have something you seem to be able to control in your grasp some people take advantage of it. [[ ._. maybe if it gets fixed i should pound sense into him and teach him a lesson of not taking advantage of it... >:3 sounds like fun ]]
