You have obviously been banned. You must have done something that broke ToS. You can read over this and maybe you can figure out what you did. If you are absolutely sure you did not do anything, PM a GM, I suggest Silkypico. Ask him calmly and give him a full explanation. Hopefully this helps.

I don't think a thread on official is as effective as a PM to a GM with what details you have. There is always so much MoS type activity on the officials that new threads get moved to page 3, 4 or beyond rather quickly.

Oops! Yeah, sorry. I say PM a GM coz it rhymes :p

But actually CSRs are there to help players with their technical/account issues and GMs generally handle all in-game issues regarding Fiesta such as harassment and bad game-play (in addition to events).
