I mean that the information in the fiestaHQ link is inaccurate (for one announcer requires 50 shouts and not 100, i have obtained it on serveral characters), but last i checked almost all info in the FF wiki is quite accurate...

Yes, much more so than the FiestaHQ one.

But people sometimes add their opinions or guesses to the Wiki.

Those entries are removed.

If they fail to read the notice and continue to enter their opinions, rather than concrete knowledge, a warning is administered.

If they still persist, then they are awarded another warning.

If they still persist, then they are awarded a two-week ban.

If they come back, and they still persist, then it's a one-month ban.

If they come back, and still do it, it's a two-month ban.

If they don't get the point by now, it's an infinite ban.
