Has anything on ur computer changed since you last logged in? when was the last time that u logged in?

Go to the officials and ask them for help - and give them details. We're not psychics here - nor can we really help with technical things that are server related on your end.

Outspark site is working fine for me...

It looks there's a connection problem from your computer to Outspark server.... turn off your computer and modem for 10 sec and try again....

Check if your anti virus programs have blocked outspark connection

i think the solution is quite simple: Time. Just wait some time and it should work again.

what is the DNS of outspark new website? Cos i can't connect to the site and launcher. I do what blaahs said about the other thread. I only go to other site like this FF,yahoo,youtube. But in the site of outspark the old and new I can't. And give me the client patch of fiesta without going to the site, is that possible?

as you can see the picture, that is my problem now. since last wednesday afternoon. i cant update the new patch coz i cant connect to the fiesta.outspark.com site

or anyone of you have the new patch file of fiesta, coz i have only 80-81 patch.

I am going to merge your other thread with this one.

This may not help but can't hurt - make outspark one of the "safe" or "trusted" sites in your Internet option.

Not sure what windows you use but try under the "Tools" menu and "Internet options" and then the "Security" tab & then "Trusted Sites" button.

Here is the link for those of you who are having difficulty updating your Fiesta Game Client to the newest version.

Keep in mind that the patch may take as long as 5 minutes to initialize when the launcher status says "Checking for Updates..." If you close the launcher, or interrupt this process, it will not be able to finish and give you an error. Before you send in a support ticket, a PM, or post on these forums, please wait at least a full 5 minutes to allow the process to complete. Thank you for your patience in the matter.

If you continue to have problems with our patch server, you can send us an email at support@outspark.com and we can then assist you further. When you send the email, could you please include the following details:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
-You can find this information by going to START, RUN, typing in 'dxdiag' without the quotes, and pressing enter.
2) Your Internet Connection speed

3) A screenshot if possible of the error message

4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email
