Fighter Questions
 

I'm considering re-rolling (starting a new char) with a Fighter!:rolleyes:

Can someone give me the benefits of a Fighter and why it's good / fun to be one? Thanks! +rep to first helper =D

the main draw for me (not just in Fiesta, but in any MMORPG I play) is the ability to solo, and I find swords to be incredibly badass, at least in appearance lol.

Same lol. So, in Fiesta, Fighters are good soloers?

The main benefits of a fighter IMO is the variety of builds that are available to you. You got the Pure str, 25 spr/rest str, Hybrid str, hybrid end, 25 spr/ rest end, pure end, pure spr. Depending on your build youll excel at something and youll do worse then others at something else. I myself am pure end. I excel at tanking but I have a difficult time soloing and/or pvping but it does not mean I can't do it cause I can. But yeah I think the variety is the main benefit of the fighter.

Okay. What is the solo (+ occassional party) build??

Or u could get +9ners in your equip :D and be pure str :D and be a mighty tank and a crazy damager ^^.

The only downsize of the pure str (if u get +9 equip) is when u fight magic based creatures or mages in pvp because u lack hp so u will die pretty easily. Is a matter or kill fast or die fast when it comes to fighting magical creatures.

I myself love str and i would NEVER give my str for END is just not my way :).

Pure Str - Godly Damage but lacks hp (defence can be made up for)
Pure End - Great Hp and Block rate but sux in damage
Pure Spr - Good against mages yet a pure end will do better against mages still due to high hp (pretty sucky build if u ask me)
Hybrid Spr/Str- Relatevely High damage and good crits :)

Thanks! That's just what I needed to know. I think I'll either go Pure STR or Hybrid STR/SPR. Which one do you suggest or like more?

EDIT: Is a 3:1 STR:SPR a good build for a DD?

a 3 to 1 str/spr build is basically making a 25spr rest str :). So if u wanna go with that build put 25points into spr than stick to str for the rest of your fighter career :p.

• high hitting
• soloing
• occassional tanking

build?

Well i'm full str and yes i can tank solo pretty much do anything.

With the build i have i can tank (and not only occasionally) 80% of the time i am main tank no matter who i'm partied with. I deal collosal damage and i can easily outdamage any mage under level 67 (after they get inferno that is where it becomes impossible to outdamage them). And if i go solo i can solo over 400k an hour. So if u know how to play your build a full str or 25spr rest str will be able to accomplish any task u need to BUT and this is the big "but" in order to tank effectively u will need +9 armor otherwise u will be able to tank but not that big masses of monsters.

Alrighty, I'll do +25 SPR, rest STR. BUT, I can't afford +9 things =((( - I'm REALLY poor =(((

I do agree with you, I love the freedom of thinking, I don't like to make my character to be like others too much.---- It's not your character anymore after you did it.
I just wonder why most of people try to find the perfect build, I guess they already forgot the fun of playing this type of game.

Even your character is suck in the other eyes but it's the invaluable to yourself isn't it?

Just go outside, be yourself and have fun with your new world, that's all i can say and i do want to remind them......
