Help! My window doesn't fit my screen.

Like the title says. ><; Only the bottomish part is cut off, doesn't matter, but I want the whole thing to fit. Help please.

Screen shot would help.

But if you're in the Window mode (like I am), then if you just moved your window up, you should be ok.

Go to grafx options and make sure that the dot beside the Windowed mode is lit up. Then go to the screen-resolution tab and select the highest possible.

It should now fit your entire-screen.

Ralath 02-24-2008 06:29 AM

^I do that sometimes.

But... it's harder to hide Fiesta if you need to minimize it quickly or something. @.@

On the resolution thing, I only get one setting. But if I change the resolution on my computer, will I get different resolutions in Fiesta?

Ivramire 02-24-2008 06:30 AM

If you're in windowed mode you mean?

I think it depends on your monitor and video-card then.

Thanks lvramire. I'm going on full-screen mode now, I'll just have to use my WINDOWS Start key to minumize it~ xD;

BuzZzKiLL 02-24-2008 06:35 AM

nvm lolol

Ivramire 02-24-2008 06:35 AM

You can also play around with your computer's resolution.

Mistikl 02-24-2008 12:16 PM

Or play with Fiestas resolution.

Why play in window mode at all if your native resolution matches the game resolution? If you need to minimize fiesta quickly just press Win+M.

ILY.

Also, I think that Ctrl-Tab also works @_@
Zucchini taught me this :3

Sure many shortcuts you can use... but Alt-tab could end up opening a window you did not really want to open and remember that that does not actually bring down the window, which will result in graphical jitter and system lag as the 3D engine attempts to refresh over the window your viewing. Thus the reason most game designers lock out the usage of Alt-tab or Alt-Esc.

they actually try to prevent a focus change while in fullscreen, because that means to loose the d3d device. And recreating a d3d device is no easy feat in complex games.

But fiesta uses a professional(not selfmade) engine, that can recreate d3d device without much of a problem. So they allowed focus changes.
