Bijou no longer new guys on the block?
 

I just read that the new dance will be added on the 25th(feb) along with a new server!

why new server?
Players won't migrant over and start all over

New players, and some will. It happened with Apoline and Bijou.

Well, some people will go. Why? Less people, easy way to the top, less lag. I mean, I'm sure people who are 30+ will stay. But you never know, some just may.

I migrated from Teva to Apoline cause of the lag... but won't be doing that again. Unless they have some sort of character transfer service which I doubt.

There will always be people who migrate. They want to be the top players or something, and new servers open up a chance for them to fulfill this redundant, frivelous goal.

They should title the new server "Join this server, get free cookies", that way itll attract all the new players, thus saving teva from over population and disastrous lag.

I think offer to move characters to other servers would be a great idea. If only they would offer that. But, alas! I do not think that will ever happen.

I've been thinking of going to Teva because all of YOU GUYS ARE THERE!! -angryface- But yea, in my opinion they should have global characters instead of local. (If you have no idea what i'm talking about, Global is a character that can be used on any server anytime, Local is a character that you can only use on one server, like it is now)

That was the setup on another MMO i used to play, good responses.

Yep. I played an MMO once that when one server was too busy - you just yelled at your friends and we all jumped to a different less crowded server. It was nice.

I liked that part of the game too~ ;] If you had a friend in that server, you could teleport to them (and get in the server) even if it was full... I miss that. But the auto-log out after 5-15 mins was SO annoying.

I might go to the new server and become one of the high levelsthere Lol but yeh only if its worth it xD

Yeah, I also liked how we could talk to them in whsiper even if they were on a different server. And I never got the auto-relog thingy. :confused:

I like how Holic worked. There were 6 channels aka servers. You could talk to people from all of the servers, but if you weren't on the same one, you couldn't party or anything. It was nice.

Yeah, I agree with the channels thing. Channels would be much nicer than servers.

We'd no longer belong to a specific server. We'd just have channels and we could hop between them if we wanted. But then again, that'd effect the events somewhat. Unless they made it so you could enter that certain channel while an event is going on.

What would be a good idea is to like..have an Event only channel, for things like those.

Adding a new server can only do good.

Mm. I wish they'd open up the new maps at least before worrying about new servers when most servers claim to be on "low" half the time anyways.

I've had this talk a few days ago with Esen. I mentioned that instead of adding new servers, they should just add channels within the servers. Just like how FlyFF has atleast 3 channels per server. Since we have a big community in Teva, it would be nice to spread the people around and having the choice to choose which channel of Teva or other server you want to play on. It should dramatically help reduce the lag and population problem on servers.

Yeah, although Apoline has reached "medium" lately. But still, it isn't "High". The lower leveled zones really aren't even all that crowded, zones CP+ are getting pretty crowded though.
I really hate it when I'm close to another party, cuz I might get my party and the other party confused. And I usually end up following the other party and KSing them D:

Hmm I guess its a good thing to add diversity to the game. At least they'll give all the new members a home ^^

I think WoW had this thing where you could pay a one-time fee to change your character to a different server.

Everquest was the same. You could pay to move your character once.

if I am still play Fiesta, I would prefer outspark to fix everything that is needed to be fixed first before they add more features like gay souja boy dance, new server, etc.

I'm so glad to see that they're spending the time of the programmers by making the new dance, and the new server... not fixing the problems =/

But before I logged off... I told GoR that Centrix was in town telling people that the new stuffs were coming out... and they liked the idea of a new server... I honestly hope that it will take the nubs out of Uruga... (meaning the 2x and 3x) >.>;

Haha. HEY! I'm 3x and I am always leveling in aew, but, I'm perma-partnered to lil's 5x fighter so NYAR! But yeah, I mean, clerics are one thing but then several times we were grinding and like, a 2x-3x mage would come up and ask to party, one even said she woudl use t2 scrolls to be able to hit. Its like >_>...

I bet new problems will rise once new dance and server is added and they'll get lazy and not fix it. And the problems stack up! BAM! Outspark fails at satisfying their costumers and some other Gaming Co. takes over for Fiesta and hopefully to be more responsible.

I wonder what kind of strange names they're gonna think up for the next server.. o_o

Well they might get the name from something in the story.
Just because they are adding something new to the game, it doesn't mean they're not working on fixing it.
