Problems With GM's and outspark Staff
 

ok so outspark doesnt like the fact that im not gunna laydown and roll over for them when my char got thrown in jail im not complaining about the me being in jail and them with no proof of what i did but what i want is for them to freeze the timer on my premium items now they have tried to stop me from posting 3 times already and i think it's fair that im heard and that you the other players get to read this cause if you get thrown in jail with premium items what are you gunna do? just laydown and roll over for them like a good little puppy?

and do kiss the CL's ass's that much all the time?
they have no proff of me doing anything
and just because they have the power to do something like this does not make right

Someone may have screen shotted it or a GM just may have seen you. They aren't going to throw someone in jail just cuz someone says so, or by he-said-she-saids. And really, its tough crunchies if you have premium items. Atleast you can wear them in jail =/

but thats what they did and thats why i keep posting and they get mad at me they have closed 3 threads already because of it, 2 were mine another was not they try to come up with any reason they can to cover it up like taking my first post and putting it in the trashcan so no one could read it, A few of my ingame friends made some really good points in there own thread thing i never even thought of then there thread got closed too so what do u have to say to that?

They do have power and they do abuse it

and if they did have a screen shot wouldnt they have provided it to me as proff as of to why i am in jail

here's the deal i got put in jail for suposed Staff Harassment GET IT
and i never once yelled at him i even asked nicely about everything and you know what he did "you were sent to jail for 3 days for staff harassment goodbye"

She is not trying to piss you off or side with the GMs. Its just pure fact. I can guarantee you, if you act too persistant, you will be ignored in the end. I have never failed to get an explanation from a GM. You don't post threads on the forums asking why you were banned, it won't be answered on there, thats confidential information that should be yours and the GMs alone. So PMing them, and PMing them once is all you can do.
You do know GMs can go in hiding mode, right? For all you may know, the GM may have been standing right beside you. I mean, if you did harass someone, and you were sent to jail, it was obviously seen by a GM, either in person, chatlog, or screenshot. And if you did do it, there is no reason to whine about it.
But either way, it was seen by a GM.

Okay, first, YES this is an open forum, and YES you posted in an open forum. That means that anyone can respond to your posts. You may not like what they have to say, but if you can post, then so can they.

Second, if the GMs felt they had reasonable reasons to send you to jail, then there is nothing you can do about it. I suggest you TAKE Loki's advice and send them requesting a detail ecplaination of why you were sent to jail. Explain to them that you want more than simply "staff harassment". If that does not work, then send an explaination to the e-mail address given in the ToS.
Posting multiple threads and continued "harassment of the staff" will get you no where. And YES, they view opening multiple threads harassment after they have had to close several of your threads about the same issue.

Start: ok im going threw scaffuld right after the V-Day event my guildies typed in guild chat that there was a GM in scaffuld so i shouted out next thing i know im in jail so im like okay ill just whisper him and see whats going on so i do i asked him why i was in jail he says that im in there for staff harassment and ill get out in 3 days so i said ok then i asked him if he was gunna re-emburse me for my premium items that are still counting down and i got no answer and i havent got 1 since yesterday:Finish

As an added note a few days before that, this is the same GM that said he was gunna put me in jail and erase all my stats just for talking to him.

What did you shout out to him?
How many times have you shouted to him?

These questions may seem redundant to you, but apparently what you said that day and on the previous day (that you mentioned), all play a part in the GM's reasoning.

You maye have said something offensive. It doesn't have to be a threat or an insult. Sometimes players will yell inappropriate things just to get a GMs attention, which is something no one should do.

Ok the first time when he told me he was gunna erase all my stats i did absolutly nothing i was just try to talk to him about maybe bringing it up to the other Gm's and the outspark staff that they could change the fact that you can't talk in normal chat while in the pvp area.

a few days later in scaffuld i shouted GM is a coward with no specification to witch GM i was talking about but it also happen to be a GM that didn't like to see it and in saying that it was a personal opinion and i wasent trying to encourage a GM to do something i was envokeing the powers of a GM i just said that "GM is a Coward"

They can send you to jail for that. At first, it may have been a joke, but if you went further from that, they may have decided to keep you in.

Well saying stuff like that will get you put in jail.

Sorry for the premium, but maybe next time don't call any GM names. Just Pm them or start a thread on the forums that suggests your ideas.

hmm, If that is indeed how the story Really went, then i think thats a pretty lame excuse to throw someone in jail for, on the other hand, its not like the real world where you can just say what you want and get away with it.....most of the time....it is a game and you are at the mercy of the rules, however dumb they might seem. All you can do is PM and hope for the best ^^

I see it like time out. I babysit my niece and nephew. My niece will time to time get frustrated with me and call me something like dumb, or stupid. So.. I send her to her room to sit. If she is quiet and good and doesn't fight, I let her out, but if she keeps screaming and crying and insulting me more, I will make her sit there longer.

lmao, nice example, but if the GM's throw ppl in jail just for saying something that little wow....IMO its pretty stupid lol, but its not my game so *shrugs*

There had to have been more to it from the GMs perspective. I don't think any of the GMs are that up-tight.

Maybe Snakey will see this thread and give an opinion.

If that really is all he did then I think being sent to jail was way too harsh. I mean hell, the players have to put up with idiots saying stupid stuff constantly, and calling someone a coward is very mild.

However, this is only the story from one point of view and I have a feeling we got the very biased version. I personally don't believe you're so innocent as you try to sound, but whatever.

By the way, what kind of threads did you make in the forum that got closed?

No offense. I don't think you deserved to be thrown in jail for flaming a CL, and I think you should get your CS items renewed.

Not a CL <.< He was harassing a GM. He was in the same zone as a GM, yelled or started yelling "GM is a coward" or something of that sort, so he says, claiming he was just stating his opinion, and then he was in jail.

Today, he mad multiple threads on the same subject, in which they all got deleted. Everyone kept telling him to go PM a GM. But he just kept arguing with people.
No offense, but if you tell people to go f**k themselves, you're not going to get far.

in jail for that its ur falt u should pay the time it's ur lose and telling
us about it wont get u anywere u have to talk to the GM's about it

ok i know you guy's thinking and saying that i did something more but the truth is i didn't, i mean i posted the whole story eather here or on the outspark fourms all i said is that "GM is a coward" but im more calmed down about it now i am however still a little upset about the premium items but your not in the same shoes im in you can't tell me that if you were put in jail for such a stupid reason you wouldnt be mad about watching your real money go down the drain

and i also hope that GM SnakeEyes does post here cause im hopeing he took a screen shot just to prove to eveyone that thats all i did

If i actually did something bad enough to go to jail for do you think i would have gone threw this much trouble and all this arguing and getting bad rep on both sites?
