How often would you like to have events?
 

Okay, I am going to be working hard on keeping events going for the forum members to keep things fun and new. So, my question is, How often would you like to see events?

Would you like a new event every week, maybe one event every other week, or one event a month???

Vote now and post your opinion, so I can get an idea of where to start on my new venture.

Keep in mind, all of this is in the beginning of plotting, planning, and organizing, and depending on the participation, may not even work out.

I think the game would increase in number of people staying to participate in the game if there was something different every month or maybe something small like events every one to two weeks. This game is awesome as it is but also remember that if your playing something that has no change to it for some time, it will lose participants in the process. Hope this gives an idea towards future up dates! =)

I vote once a month. Events take quite some time planning.

I voted Never, This is a bad idea on purose, just to be special, but I really want it as Once a month

Yeah, they do take a while to plan, but I thought if we could get several events planned, then 1 every 2 weeks wouldn't be so bad, because all the details would already be worked out. It would just be posting the notices. Or at least that was what I had in mind while I have been plotting and planning this while I really should be working. :D
I was thinking if we had like 4 or 5 regular events and rotate them out, then every so often, throw in a bigger special event instead of the normal ones, to keep things exciting.

1st week in March - Scavanger Hunt

3rd. week in March - Dance Contest

1st. week in April - Relay Race

3rd. week in April - Mob killing competition

1st. week in May - Big event!!!

3rd. week in May - Dance Contest

1st. week in June - Relay Race

3rd. week in June - Mob killing competition

1st. week in July - Scavanger Hunt

3rd. week in July - Big event!!!

Or something like that......

Reminds me of the anime club I ran lol. We had our meetings the 1st and 3rd week of each month, and every meeting I had to keep 43 anime geeks busy for 3 hours.

i voted before i read spirit's post...

i voted once a month.. coz the mods will probably need some time to organise, and then a short break before starting a new one again! I dont want this to overload ur workload especially when there's stuff irl to attend to!

but yeah if u guys wouldnt mind organising MORE event, i wouldnt mind that either! HAHA

I voted for once a month. Teva is faaaaaarr away and I dun want to migrate there. So... once a month seems like a good amount.

I voted once a month since I thought once a week would be stressful for the mods and it is easier for me too (life and all), haha.

I am going to try and create events for all the servers. THey just may take place on different days. But, I dont want the other servers to be left out, just because all the mods are on Teva.
So, to be fair, I have characters on all servers and will try to create something for everyone. :)
