Interesting to say the least. It may have been intentional as a practical joke by the designer. But, I do not think it is a subliminal message.

Yeah probably some interns working on the logo probably thought it would be funny ^^

Its also entirely possible that the artist charged with designing the logo was getting replaced, fired or promoted and decided that because he was no longer gonna be around, to do something off color and funny.

It happened with the little mermaid original box art, where the lead artist was getting fired, and decided to put the male extremity in the architecture for the Atlantis castle. Yes it exists. Yes I own a copy. But the reasons for those kinda flubs could be a myriad of things.

Actually.. the whole little mermaid thing was a myth. Yeah.. the peen-looking spike is real, but he didn't intend on making it look like that. He claimed he was working late at night, trying to get things finished, and wasn't paying attention. Also.. he wasn't fired for it.

My mom works for disney. He was getting canned.

Disney did a silent recall procedure where they were asking cast members (employees) To go out and buy all the faulty copies of the film and turn them in while they were secretly telling retailers to pull the film and not tell anyone why. My mom didnt give her copy back but bought like 10copies froma flea market and gave it back to disney for like +10% more than what she payed, and it was credited to her account the next pay period.

The Rescuer's was always one of my favorite movies. I never noticed that, and I've watched it quite a few times. I hate the kind of people that live on pointing out harmless flaws in movies, or (few) games. -hates GTO with a passion-

The Lion King thing was stupid, and that kid has serious issues, but the parents need to be pimp-slapped by Yosei.
And The Rescuer's beats Lion King any day.

I watched a TV programme once about spirits and such... and they explained that humans simply look for patterns in whatever they see. Hence... the .gif images everyone comes to adore ("Red sauce on pasta" anyone?)

So the word "sex" may not really be in the dust... but if someone points it out that "HEYYY!! OMFFFFFFFFGGGGGGGGG!!!! Disney spelled SEX!!!" Then we all look for "sex" wherever they said it should be Oo.

The Rescuers is still a way better movie.

Seriously though, you don't notice that part when the movie is on. That still isn't as big a deal as people say it is.

And I think part of the movie takes place in Australia!

i hvnt actually seen the rescurer... or if i did i dont remember anything from it keke (my spent my childhood in HK and i dont think it was popular there)

I liked both movies. o-o And I think it was the second Rescuers movie that took place in Australia, The Rescuers Down Under.

Anyways, yeah, I've read about those things too, haha. Found the Rescuer one really amusing. xD The others, to me it seems like they were more of a coincidence or someone was looking at things too hard.
