I can see my shop. And FiestaFan is one of the titles along the fiesta citizen line. I was going to go for it.

Looking at the "ocean" guild website (which btw is crazy fancy, is this the top guild in the server?) it says this ねねちゃ character is LEVEL 95(!?!?!?)

Is this even possible? Looking at all the other members it seems the cap is 89.

I've seen a FiestaFan title in our Fiesta before. I was doing my Gold Hill KQ when I saw that title, it was a long time ago though.

I like the pictures that change on the Ocean website. Very pro.

Yeah lol. Maybe thats just an event day, or an earlier time in the game when more people were active.

Nope, it's 5 days. I guess that could happen, but it would be hard.

5 days straight would be easy if you didn't get booted all the time. My shops seem to get booted frequently. But, if the d/c would stop, then it would be easy to play, then set up a shop and minimize the window when you are away.

fiesta fan title is easily gotten, i was hoping for fiesta defender ^^

Their website is pretty cool, but from a designer perspective, it contained 40+ errors and warnings.

I do like the overall look of the site though. Very well done.

Well, if it is anything like the Korean version I play on, they are all lv.89's because that was the previous level cap. Our last patch(in November)brought in the levels 90-99 and level 90-99items. So, those would all be people who haven't leveld up yet since the new level cap was brought in I would guess.
Also, as far as feeling lowbie-ish, a lot of the guilds on the korean servers won't even accept you anymore unless you are over 80. :(

do they Guild war much?? do they keep scores on Guild wars? coz outspark Fiesta doesnt keep any scores... (yet.. maybe..)
