I don't like the main boards so I don't post much there. I guess I could pop in and cosign real quick since I do think it's pretty low business and disrespectful to the community.

LOLZ... I totally posted as me... because I want people to know it's me... I have NO problem with confrontation.

If they IP ban me, I'll IP spoof. If they give me a PM, telling me to be quiet, I'll post it. This is no joke. That's taking people's money. They bought premium items, and then used them, and NEVER got to use them like it was meant for. With no refunds, it's almost considered stealing.

Ps. I don't use CS items. I feel this way about people stealing. It goes against my hatred of people getting things for doing nothing. Hard work is the only way to get things done. Taking advantage of people is NEVER ok.

The EXP event that was given was an entirely different thing... there was ANOTHER post... (which I don't remember URL) saying that because of Teva's instability, they would think of something for the whole server, not necessarily ONLY the CS users...

So yeah... the CS users got screwed big time... and they still play... I have no idea why.

It's just all very unprofessional. Outspark in general has never really felt like a professional company. It's more like someone's bigass private server.

Lol, its 8:40 on the West coast, where Ourspark is. I think Outspark launched in May.

Proceed with caution lest we just end up making FF look bad and end up accomplishing nothing.

I don't have big issues with them like some people seem to. Some of the things people bash them for, like most of the game content, have little to do with Outspark actually. They aren't the developer.

Its just the little things like this that are unprofessional and no matter how new it's pretty unacceptable behavior to treat your customers like that.

Serric is well meaning and trying to cover outspark's backside (like any good lackey should do) but i don't think he/she understands the seriousness of this situation. We are dealing with real customers who payed real money. That's not something you take lightly and just "let slip" to low priority.

To be perfectly honest, I don't see the need to delete or close this thread as long as the discussion remains on-topic and flame free. How long ago did SKiNG make this statement? Have you attempted to contact him directly about it via PM?

Please understand there is a LOT going on behind the scenes right now and, as important as this item seems to many of you, it is also relatively easy to fix as compared to the larger issues they are contending with so, as business goes, and as important as each of us are to OutSpark, this particular item has most probably slipped down the priority list as of recent.

Patience is a virtue. Let me ask you this: so what if the items disappear for now as long as you are compensated later? Just because they are not leaping from the balconies to fix this RIGHT NOW doesn’t mean it isn’t important.

This is a concern, and I give you that. I can assure you with 100% certainty that it is a concern to them as well. But remember, to us Fiesta is akin to an iceberg; we see the tip, we see the surface and we see the ocean. What we don’t see is the 90-95% floating beneath the surface, the foundation which keeps the entire thing afloat. In other words, just because we don’t see what’s going on behind the scenes doesn’t mean there’s nothing happening at all.

Be patient and be diligent and I am sure this issue will be resolved in due time. Perhaps not as instantly as we would prefer, but fixed nonetheless.

Ok... so I'll take your money, and give you an item... then let you use the item, but not actually get to use it. THEN... I'm going to promise you something in an announcement of some kind of refund. Then... unlike ANY other announcement... I think I'll delete THIS one. Then not refund any of you players for WEEKS... this was said a WHILE ago... before the big update and the lvl cap raised. I lost track of time, so I can't say exactly how much time, but seriously.

#1 WHY delete Hyperswoss's post?!
#2 WHY delete that ONE announcement?! We have all the announcements of all the events still in the sub-forums still available to look at. This one, concerning reimbursement of players is deleted?!

Look... we waited. No... THEY waited... I'm not even a CS user! I feel this strongly against taking people's money, and not doing anything to pay them back. Yes... I will wait... but no... seeing as it took the player from Bijou 1 month and 1 day to get to lvl 79... I would say they've waited like a MONTH AND A HALF! That's more than "mid next week."
