Hello Teva Players,

We truly apologize for the frequent downtimes. This is unacceptable to you the user. We are currently trying to resolve this issue and hope to have it fixed within the next few hours.

Due to the frequent downtimes, we realize that users who have purchased premium items have lost out on their time limited items. Outspark will give these users EXP card and Workout Set for 7 days.

We will do our best to distribute these items sometime mid next week.

Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

But, I would think that if you do have time sensitive items that you have purchased, then they will put the compensation items in the backpacks of those that have made purchases within a certain time limit. I do not think a GM would hand them out since they are non-transferrable items.

My poor little harvesting pack is going to waste. :(.

Oh if it's just for the CS users, they might have some kinda thing which tells them who has used/purchased items in a certain period of time soo.. they might use that? I'm not sure. I'm sure they've got records of who bought what and when. So yeah. Guess we'll have to wait and find out.

that's kinda cool that they are going to compensate the CS users - however - I hope this might entice them to start making the CS items' time dwindle down only when you are actually online rather than 'in real time'

well im not a CS user but i have lost a lot of exp from the crashes and been kicked out of several kqs. I want somethin to compensate for my losses and im also abt to lvl. wat happens if it crashes again and i lose the fact that i lvled. evry player that uses teva shuld b compensated. Iv herd of ppl losing 10% of their exp. Thats insanity not to compensate them for all the time and effort and items that they lost

yeah i was thinking of that too...

its not just the CS users that lost exp and stuff...

but i guess it's their best interest to keep those players who spend $$$ on them and keep their salary up!

true but just because we arent paying members to the game doesnt mean that we should just get cast aside for those that do pay and lose items and exp that we worked hard to get

They should let Teva (finally) have a nice xp event in compensation for the annoyance and lost xp.

the server just crashed again in the middle of a kq i lost 2k exp and im only 6k from lvling. The amount of exp that i lost would ezily lvl me. This aggitates me so much

I've said this a few times before but I'll say it again - I suggest to not do anything important in Fiesta until they fixed the damn problem. There's really no point in using all your stones and things to gain exp only to get rolled back again.
