All is right for the world, but careful to everyone! Hacking is starting to become more common on Fiesta. Use a different password for everything, have multiple emails, don't give your personal information/log in info to anyone, careful who you talk to, careful on what you say outloud. And don't advertise your wealth!

Yeah, he friended me a few days ago... Wasn't hacked last weekend? o_o

It was hacked only an hour ago. They got his password, and his email. His email is much worse than his Fiesta account. But as friends on Fiesta, all we can do is try to help with his Fiesta account.

He was in Roumen shouting out lvra's old account information. I was following, I asked him what he was doing on lvras account. Then he went to forest of tides and then after afew minutes he logged.

Seems like someone whose just trying to show off to the noobs.

They have lvra's character as a hostage. If you make them too mad before Monday...

If I want to whisper/PM a GM, I'll whisper once every hour, or whisper whichever people are on the "Who's Online". But you probably are doing that...

The GMs prolly won't be on til Monday -.-;; And no, I don't think that guy could have done it. Seems like he'd go after Lafieru or Lilian lol.

Damn, that sucks. That dude that went off on a rant earlier didn't strike me as intelligent enough to figure out his own favorites folder much less hack into anything. Like you said I don't think he had any reason to take anything out on Ivra anyway.

Did he actually get hacked or did someone guess his password?

I asked lvra his old password, since it was gone, it was kind of um.. easy. But still, they got to his email account on Yahoo, and changed that info too.

He has no issues with anyone, hes a really nice guy, I don't see why someone would target him.

Was it the same password for Yahoo? Some people use the same password for everything. It's probably not too bright, but I actually use the same password for pretty much everything, except a few particularly secret things. If anyone figured it out for one thing then my whole online life would be open to em x_x

Might have been. The moment he figured out he was hacked, he went to all of his online account stuff that require passwords, and changed them.

OH NOEZ! I just had a memory from my past in lineage, there was a hacker, who hacked my big bro's friend, then my bro talked to his friend's account character using whisper, and my big bro got hacked as well. So i didn't know so I whispered my bro, and I got hacked as well in lineage, and it became a chain of hacks starting from my bro's friend, and soon, there are like 100+ ppl hacked, lost everything. But it was resolved after like 2 weeks, GM of lineage tracked down the hacker.
SO!~~....Don't whisper Iva's hacker, the same chain might happen, again! which means it'll be "DEATH TO FIESTA"

I'm not worried about getting chain-hacked, since Fiesta is unhackable.

Trying to get random passwords is different though.

They could know. Then again, anyone who had read those threads would come after his account. I think even I would if I was really obsessed with Fiesta.

Afew days ago lvra won the Find The GM event. Everyone knows you get nifty little prizes from that. That might have been the persons reason. Thats where he got the vit scroll skill from too.
His password was a coordinate of numbers, not saying what, but very easy to guess.
I was following the guy and it seemed like thats all he was doing. I saw him standing by the clock in Roumen, and I ran up to him. He then took off lvras blue suit thingy and began walking around, not the regular run, the press z walk. He was buffing and healing random people. Some person ran up to him and stood there for a bit, then said "thank you" and ran off. Not sure what that was about. Apparently he was shouting saying lvras old password out loud in normal chat.

if the person has an account, he MIGHT take the items for himself
and leaving some items/money to be scatter around the people in towns
in this case, getting the items back would be hard
unless the game scripter does a rollback (which most of us hate)
or has a log of all trades etc etc
hand down to a GM, and does accordingly
that MIGHT work

It amazes me at what people would do just to get something. Even if it's nothing they would still hack a persons account for whatever reason I have no idea. Just one example is the first time I played Flyff. To cut the long story short, I was at my cousin's house, leveled a Assist to level 30 in one day. Got home, downloaded the client, and realised my account got hacked. Back on topic, I hope you can recover your account soon. And they should have a trade log with names or ips and such.

I figured it was odd when he was trying to scam people with a Vitality 02 for fighters, claiming it was a recipe for T2 Vitalities.

Then he was crawling around in Roumen showing off. O_O
