I find it hard to resist dispelling those poor raccoons. When I am in town, if I see someone who is blue or red, I will usually let them be. They are in town, theycan shroom up for a few minutes. If I see them out in a map somewhere, I will usually dispell them. However, when I see those poor raccoons that are red or blue in town, I have to dispell them. :)

You are too kind to them. You gotta beat them over the head...and yell "How dare you get a dang condition!!"
