TechBro
look at this video game I made of an archer killing a slime
http://i.imgur.com/hcgQpXB.gif |
So unrealistic. :(
As if an archer could 1 hit a slime at any level LOL. |
That will be changed in the upcoming balance patch.
|
Is this what you did at work instead of actual work? lol
|
no i did this when I said I gtg after our games

calling any Word experts out there...
I have a mail merge document with a Shape in the footer (just a horizontal line). When I merge the letters, the Shape disappears if I set the merge type as Letter. Only when I set it to Directory, the Shape appears again (but directory doesn't work for my letters because it mucks up the format of the letters). Found this thread http://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-m...er-footer.html with no answers tho... Anyone with any ideas? :cries: |
Can you just get rid of the shape and make it a horizontal line instead? Like just a row of underlines?
I don't use Word that much haha... |
The only problem with that is I want the line to be green, and when I do the row of underlines/hypens, it doesn't let me change the colour =(
unless you can do that?? |
I don't make my word documents that fancy.
|
then move aside, you're not needed here...
LOL |

LOL I was like OMG how you do that. but I realised your line and my line is different...
http://i.imgur.com/EWyt7dX.png I get that line by doing the -------------- and hit enter. I guess underlines is a way around it... |
Just ctrl+z to make it revert back to the hyphens.
Or click on the lightning icon to make it not auto form the line. |
ok lirange, here's a real test to your techbro knowledge.
I currently have a 55gig SSD and I'm planning to get a new SSD with bigger space (heck, I just learnt that SSDs don't even come in 55gigs anymore). I don't think I'll have a problem installing the hardware, but just got a question about the 'software' part.. When my friend set my computer up for me, I think my System C drive = my SSD and my 1.5TB D drive = whatever HDD I have. So if I'm changing my SSD, essentially I'm 'reformatting' my C drive cos I'll have to reinstall windows and all that shiz as well. Is that right?? I'm just trying to work out that my D drive won't be affected. It's where I store all my music and videos and stuff. |
uhhh I don't think Lirange is that kind of a techbro but I could be wrong...
|
oh there are different kinds of techbro?
|
I think it'd be easier if you bought a new computer.
|
ok he's that kind of techbro.
|
Lol what I meant was that I think Lirange does more programming stuff? I dunno how much he actually knows about computers. But I have no idea. Sometimes the two are related.
|
I'm mysterious :sunnies:
|
It should not affect your other drive. If you're super cautious about accidentally doing it wrong you can even unplug your D drive
|
Ah ok. I'm gonna do it this Friday night. Fingers crossed it all goes well otherwise that's no LoL for the whole long weekend for me.
|
you get Monday off??!
|
Yess took a day off. Gonna be on?!
|
Windows installed successfully... but do I really need to go through 5 years of windows update since I'm using my windows CD from 2010?! surely there has to be a smarter way of doing this... T_T
|
Install the newest version of Windows, not the old one??
And I'll be on this weekend but not Sunday night. |
omggg noooo the newest version of Windows stinks. Just wait for 10.
