Does it run properly?
I havent updated my phone since they brought out the apple map keke |
I think so... my phone is a refurbished phone so it doesn't run all that smoothly to begin with.
|
my friends said that if you switch to iSO7, don't change your wallpaper, because apparently when you reset your wallpaper, it enlarges the photo you use (ie. showing one section of it only) and you can't scale it back... LOL
|
So many people were posting about it on FB.
And I'm just here stuck on the version of Android released like 3 years ago. |
Get a Lumia 520
|
I like to keep my phone bill under $50.
|
hmm I'll just wait till they bring out version 7.1 then... keke
I am looking at getting the iPhone 5S though.. kinda getting to a stage where Samsung is TOO popular and I don't want to be like everyone else LOL |
Then you definitely don't want an Apple product either lol.
|
Yeah I was actually considering a Nokia... But I'm worried about if I'm going to miss all the apps that I've got... keke
I still have a few months before my contract expires to decide.. |
What apps do you use? When I got my first smartphone I thought I'd use apps all the time, but the main thing I do on my phone is text and web.
|
Hmm like when I went to Korea I downloaded all these Korea tourist apps, the ability to download anything that might suit my temporary needs kekeke
|
HTC?
Nokia isn't on the android platform either so you might not even be able to get whatsapp? I'm not sure, but my friend who recently got rid of her nokia phone was never able to get whatsapp until she moved to HTC. |
and I'd say it's prob better to go with the crowd than being stuck with not being able to use apps! it'll be a painnnnnnn
|
Yeah.. the crowd is Apple or Samsung.. so I might just stay with Apple for the sake of ease.. keke
|
I recently got my iphone so I think the change was fine for me since I'm still trying to get used to my phone lol. I made my first phone call today and it was odd.

iOS 7 has gotten significantly better compared to iterations 1 and 2... I would say get a phone that suits your needs, not what everyone else is using.
Heavy app user or primarily social functions? iPhone. Like tinkering or want complete control? Android. I really can't say much about Windows phone, as it is a primarily utility phone that most people flat out don't use to the best of its capabilities. Most people are either texting and using social media, or playing games, or performing experiments (re: CyanogenMod). It can be argued that Windows phones tend to have the best hardware under the hood, but really, who uses their phone to that extent? I mean, if you really want to type up Word documents on your phone, then go with one of the Windows phones. For what it's worth, I migrated away from Android because I really dislike how fragmented OEM OS distributions can be, and on top of that, Google might edge out HTC/Samsung/etc. by using Motorola. |
I just got the Nexus 5 which is Google's flasgship phone. It's my first time having a high-end phone and I went from like version 2.x to 4.x and I just feel so lost omg.

Found a problem with Apple!
My boss has synced albums from her computer to her ipad... but now the photos have disappeared from the computer.. and I'm spending so much time trying to look for ways to get those photos albums from the iPad back to the computer (not the camera roll photos) So far there's a program that cost $27 that can do the job.. but seriously, why do I have to pay someone to get photos that we've already got?!?! |
