I hate this statement more than anything. Well, that's a lie, but I really hate this statement. It's as if every nasty, snide comment the person has to say is well-justified to the point where it's divine. It's a pussy-way out to avoid confrontation, and worst of all, it's well-embraced by society. An average man would have slugged a guy in the face if a total stranger went up to him and said "Your mom is fat." But if the same stranger went up to the same average man and said "No offense but your mom is kinda chubby.", then probably they would continue on a friendly conversation. It's the same ****in' message, but they end up to be chums who enjoy sodomizing each other.

Moral: Use that statement and you turn gay.

Who the hell are you calling an ass? I sure hope it is yourself. I asked a question. I answered my own question. If I was wrong, then I was wrong, it does not make me an ass. What makes you an ass is the fact that you opened up a discussion and then flamed the two people who tried to discuss the stupid topic anyways.

I think that was in due order, considering both of you did not respond to this thread and instead tried to shoot it down. I guess we're both asses, because you assumed I was the idiot who made the blacklist thread. And as the popular saying goes, "Assume makes an ass out of you and me."

I guess it's all a matter of perspective, because in my opinion I did nothing wrong, just protecting what I considered to be a thread of open discussion, but you also think you're completely innocent. And while we're on the topic of justification, just posting "Done." does not accomplish anything, it's just a stupid way of saying, "I am right, your opinions don't matter."

I hate that statement too. My friend once asked me to make him a wallpaper for his PC, so I did. When I gave it to him, he was like "No offense, but this is crap." You know when saying that, you're going to offend the person, its personal to them, they made it. So its useless saying "no offense"
I know they're trying to lighten it and look more kind. But sometimes, it just doesn't work lol.

First off, this is "General Discussions", meaning I can post whatever **** I want as long as it invokes a discussion and it's general, which this thread clearly is. Secondly, I'm glad you're standing up for your friends, but calling me an idiot with a false basis is just way off base. Thirdly, I'm old enough to grow pubes out of my pubes.

Sometimes, people say "No offense but..." naturally, which really irritates me. Hell, even I did it a few times without thinking about it. People get so accustomed to it (especially the shy ones) since it obviously avoids the crap that's supposed to follow it. The thing that really gets on my nerves is that some people actually use it as a conversation starter. Like, "No offense, but why are you so gay?. That used to be really common a while back. But meh, maybe it's just the people I hang around with that's weird.

I thought people would see the humor in it, but apparently I failed. But that's okay, because people get really constructive when they're pissed off. (Defensive is what most people call it, but allthesame anyways.)

I have a funny feeling this thread could have been grounds for discussion, before it was wrecked after the very first post.
