From your opening post I thought you were excited about the new anohana and then you're telling yos she didn't miss out anything?!?! I liked anohana, but not the same way I liked lovely complex or nodame cantabile. Anohana is one of those animes where you have to be "in the mood" to watch. Otherwise I think it can just be a bit too typical/moppy. |

Hope so. I'm finishing Oh My Lady soon and even though I should be cheering for the canon couple, I am strangely finding myself wanting her to end up with the other guy. This is strange for me. I almost always go for canon.

I've seen the other films and they weren't bland...

I tried to watch 5 centimeters per seconds and it was so friggen boring I couldn't watch it all. Then the Children Who Chase Lost Voices was better and got through the entire thing but still generally forgettable. I don't think they're nearly as good as Studio Ghibi films.

I just watched two eps of adventure time on TV today... before, I had no idea what kind of cartoon it was (didn't even google it to see what the cartoon looked like). When I was watching it... I was like... is this the same cartoon that lirange likes.... IT'SSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WEIRD AND RANDOMMM. The first ep that played was bean one with the pigs and ice cream... that was random but it was still OK and made me chuckle... but then I watched the goblins with the king who likes to spank goblins and omggg that was just sooooooooooooooo weirdddddddddddddddddddd looooooooooooooooool |
