Need suggestion of alt class
 

Ok, just want to decide early =D

Once my cleric in Teva gets to lv40+ or lv50+, Im gonna make an alt, but Idk which of the 2 classes I should choose.

Fighter
OR
Mage

Please post your opinion here and why that class.

-Fighter-

It was easier for me to level my mage in the lower levels and with kiting didn't take much damage - however it seems like I get more party inv with my fighter since they are crucial in taking and giving the blows.

Fighter!

Simply because, I find myself loving mine. I also get more party invites, more KQ party invites, and.. it's fun! Though hard on the money if you're partying and don't stop to house. ^^;

It's a tie now between fighter or mage D:, more ppl needs to vote & post opinion

mages, simply cuz there alot funner ^__^

But there's also that magic word.....-ding ding ding- DEPENDS.......

Depends wat you want the alt for.. material gathering at low level, mage is great! 3 hits and the green mob is dead with all the drops u need... that's until u hit lvl 20... then after that, it requires a lot more effort to solo....

And i havent actually tried a fighter.. so i cant compare.. but i'll let u know on the dilemma i'm going through with my mage XD

I'll use one of the classes once one of them get to 10, if it's tie :/, I'll see which post have the most pro & con, etc. about the class

I'll say mage.

Yes, many of the high level mages have said that Fighters > Mages. However, since you're a cleric, you might want to try something new, as fighters are similar to clerics in regard to close-quarters combat.

Fighter.

You can type/chat while playing much easier.

can't you do that with any class? o.o..I did it with my archer

fighter for me, they use less pots
earn more money

That same idea can go both ways Triumph, clerics do enjoy dealing out dmg too as I've seen. I've got a fighter alt that sudo farms but I also enjoy. I know other clerics who done the same. Trust me fighters are fun as tanks in patrys and kqs.

I'd say fighter if you enjoy pressing less buttons. When I played a mage it seemed like all I was doing was spamming the spell buttons. I'm quite werid I suppose. ._.

^ an in-between would be archer less button mashing, or as i like to call it spell weaving (Mages Rule!! *cough*) and you actually have to do stuff.. personally i find clerics and warriors boring... fighters less than clerics though.

If between those two i would say Mage if you like the thrill and risk of death xD

coz mage doesnt hv auto atk.. so if u stop to type, u wont be attacking...

yeah fighter and mage are two pretty different class... so i guess if u go a few lvls and decide mage's skill is too much of a hassle then u can go fighter LOL

oh..cool :D, I get to spam skills nonstop and possibly break keyboard AND~Get new keyboard.

Ok, Staff it is then :D, it looks awsome, especially of what Yosei have

Fighter is much easier to play. Not to mention as someone said before you can type while fighting. All you really need to do is handle agro in a party and you did your job.
Mage's are more unique and are desperately needed at the higher levels but..expect to die ALOT...even with good parties..


Anyway i would pick the mage but ... A properly built axe fighter >> mage in pvp.

On-Topic: I'd have to go with Staves as well. They just look so much better then Wands in my opinion.

Nah, I named so much characters in different MMORPGs with food names :/..Like my WoW(I used to play, but quit because got hacked, so not pay = no hack), I was ApplenCheese or the other way around, forgot lol
