Name: For New Honour 2
NPC: Guard Captain Shutien (Elderine)
Task: Collect 5 low quality copper ores and 2 copper ores and deliver this to Town Chief Roumenus (Roumen). To do this, you must learn the Mining Skill (costs 350 copper) from Skill Master Ruby and purchase a pickaxe from Item Merchant Pey (costs 350 copper). You can mine this in echo cave (speak to Elderin Miner Royquin (Forest of Tides or Roumen Miner Palmer Royquin (Sand Beach), but beware of the Phinos near by because they are ranged and will attack you.
Reward: 24 exp, 25 copper, 2 fame and a return scroll to Roumen and Elderine.

Level 12

Name: The Whereabouts of the Herbs
NPC: Weapon Title Merchant Zach (Roumen)
Task: Kill 15 Ratmen and collect 1 herb leaf (obtained from herb plants).

Name: The Mysterious Sword of Karls

All I know is that the glitched Skill Master Ruby quest involves killing Speedy Boogies.

Guard Nus asks you kill 5 Smart Phinos, I believe.

Great news i have just mad about half of the wiki for the guide. Please listen that i have been doing my own guide for this stuff on Fiesta HQ. i changed a few of the levels for things and the rewards. Lets keep up the good work.

how to make that quest..? were is the slime kingdom?

That is referring to the Kingdom Quests. You have to complete a Kingdom Quest (level 7-16) to complete the quest, I think. Check there for info about the first KQ:

I'm pretty sure they were combined. I don't remember running into the other two, and I think I did all of my quests.

Seems they only combined the first few quests and then left the rest normal. They also removed some quests

Ohh okay. I just added level 17 quests. I skipped the ones from 14-16 because when CB2 started, all my quests that were half done were deleted, so I didn't get all the quests in those levels and stuff. Dx

Edit: I also chucked the level 17 quests into wiki.

Edit 2: I just added level 18 quests and chucked that into wiki as well. I put the Mara Lairs 1 quest in level 17 because it's for the kingdom quest, but can someone confirm that? Because I actually didn't get that quest at level 17 but at 18, but I wasn't sure if it's because I was blind and didn't see the egg on top of the NPC when I walked past it when I was level 17.

You basically just ask whoever has joined the same KQ as you if they have a party, or want to party with you. You have to organise it yourselves with your other KQ members on the spot. =)

I've also just added level 19 quests and chucked them in wiki too.

The Ratmen Responsible for the Disease is now called Disease Carriers. The Leather of Angry Wolf is now called The Mad Wolf's Skin.
The Whereabouts of the Herbs is now called Medicinal Herbs. It gives 32 Experience, 24 Copper, 1 Fame, and a choice of a Vitality Tier 1 Scroll or a Mentality Tier 1 Scroll.
An Epicure Ruby is now called Ruby the Gourmet.

Some of these level requirements may be a level or two off; I tried to remember some of the levels by memory. Some rewards or tasks could also be incorrect. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Guard Captain's Order 1 only requires 5 Smart Phinos to be killed, not 15.

The I Need A Pickaxe quest also has a choice reward of an Elderine Return Scroll, a Roumen Return Scroll, Topaz, or Copper Ore (High Quality).
