Lots o' Food
So I was in my backyard, pushing my niece on the swing when some guy just came walking into my backyard(how rude! lol). He looked familiar to me, but I couldn't put out where I knew him, then I realized he was my neighbor(I'm a GREAT neighbor!). He told me he had some stuff for my family from his church so I followed him(I'm so gunna get kidnapped one day). He brought 3 boxes full of food in my house o.o I was kind of overwhelmed. Last year, some random lady brought us a turkey, a ham, and stuffing and that was it lol. But this year.. we got an entire thanksgiving meal, plus more! They got us a turkey and a pie too, but I had to go stick those out in my garage cuz our freezer was already full lol. It was in the 30s out, so he said as long as the garage is dark, the turkey should be fine. We also got afew random things, like dish soap, hand doap, toilet paper, and napkins.

Sometimes it about deserving; from what you've said about what you and your parents have done for your sister’s kids it sounds like you are deserving of a kind act. Kindness is paid in kindness returned.

XD i remembered being told this story..
this was in HK i think... there are these ppl handing out tampons at the stations as a promotional thing... and like its all obvious wat they're handing out coz they'll hv big banners and all.. and this man walked up to them and asked for one.... LOL the promoting lady was like "er these are for women only"... how embarrassing!! but i guess for him.. free stuff > embarrassement |
