Why is it that
 

I find it easier to sleep during broad daylight rather than at night?

I can just pop down and play dead and sleep just like that during the day with my music on and stuff, but when I'm supposed to sleep at night, I'll be tossing and turning trying to sleep. D:<

But maybe it's cause when you do feel tired after class/lectures, you can go to sleep easily sinc eyou're so tired after 'concentrating' for so long. Then you take a nap and you can't sleep at night. On other afternoons that you are not tired, you don't nap but you also can't sleep at night. Thus you reach a conclusion that you can' sleep at night.

Oh oh! And I got everything I lost in the three hours back during the time you napped xD

I didn't nap for long though. After I go off I went to clean the fans of my computer which took a while. I did doze off for half an hour though. Refreshing. 8D

I hate napping in the day. When I wake up, I think its morning and don't want to wake up =(

Whenever I wake up from a nap, I can't get back to sleep ;~;

Now who can control their naps here? By that I mean being able to control how long they sleep for.

My definition of nap is about 1 hour. 2 hours max. D: Otherwise I call it sleep-for-a-long-time.

I don't nap, an hour doesn't usually help me much, but I do seem to sleep better during the day. I think I've just always been a night person and I usually fit my schedule around the night time. It's more peaceful at night and I enjoy the peace, I'd rather sleep through the hectic daylight hours, lol.

I always sleep during lessons where the whole class is quiet doing they're own work. And during tuition. If not I'm pretty wide awake from 6am to 3am.

I'm awake at night but I can get up early but I'm still a sleep when I wake up.

I'm the same D: I can make myself sleep during the day. But at night, I'm just lying in bed. I'll be dead tired, but once I'm in bed, I'm completely awake.

i was more wondering why i can get up at 6am in the morning to play fiesta on the weekend, but i cant get myself out of bed at 7.30am to get to work... hmmmmm
