I, for the first time in a long while, scrolled down to the bottom of the forum's Home page and was surprised at the horribly short list of member names in the "Total members that have visited the forum in the last 24 hours"...

Hey guys, there is a simple explanation why no one has been coming into the forums - because our user names and passwords don't work. This is Helion! I e-mailed Entropy to try and get it worked out, and Entropy couldn't log in either. So I made a second account - BlameBlaahs - and the password immediately didn't work. God only knows how long this one will work for, so until this shit gets corrected, expect to not see very many of us around!

Seems like the plan to raise member count is working.

i logged out, cleared cookies and everything, and logged back in fine

ok i just checked, i can't log in with chrome or internet explorer but firefox is working fine for me.

I am not able to log in under my normal username... For some reason, the website is not accepting my password... I have actually reset my password, and when I went to log in with the e-mailed password, and... it won't work:cries: I can post the error message, but it's the website wrong password page..

I log automatically every time. o-o

what browser are you using?

I have to change my password and switch between IE & Mozilla everyday. :cries:

I found that I have to click the Log-In button instead of hitting Enter... @_@

OK, finally something that worked. I still think I should go to my name as BlameBlaahs, it has a nice ring to it. :devil:

I was getting really frusterated with it. That's why I was never on :angel: Once I made a new account, the password wouldn't work. And don't reset your password, that isn't the problem and is just a unnecissary hassle.
Logging in through the wiki helped me.

but... GAHHHHHHHHHH! It was driving me nuts for days on end. I might as well enjoy being logged in now, because heaven knows I won't be able to get on tomorrow.

I had trouble logging on at home today too..

I wonder if it had to do with anything about me being logged in at work (the computer is off but maybe it hasnt been "logged out?")

Glad there's a temporary solution though!

I having the problems too. Only using the wiki worked for me, haha. I briefly looked at the forums on Tuesday evening from a different computer, but I don't remember signing in. Unless I set my laptop to auto-log, but I don't normally do that for my laptop. I rarely log out from my desktop.

I can't remember if I was lurking Wednesday or yesterday...

Yeah in the end I used wiki and it worked~

This is the part where I get to gloat about how useful the wiki is.

Oh and if ur playing a rogue, i realized that even if the idea of an archer seems better, melee is a lot more kickass *o*

Hah, first character happens to be human Double-Dagger rogue. Full-Dex/30ish Cunning build. Finished the Broken Circle and in the tunnels for the Dwarven Harrow-something- lord.


Playing console version so no mods and such for me. Money's hard to come by =__=

Ah I've only played PC but it seems to be much better. Planning in battle is much better.

'A Paragon of Her Kind' is pretty long, I think the longest out of the treaty quests.

Your build. Change it D< DEX is good and all, and cunning's useful, but strength should be the big chunk, your choice for having it a bit more or less than DEX but it's really important, especially if you want some nice gear. I don't know how to change stats in DA - Origins, but in Awakening you can get a Manual of Focus from Herren at Vigil's Keep, he's near the Blacksmith area outside. Last little tip, max out double handed mastery, once you have all of it you can use main hand weapons for both =D
