First Crystal castle run!
 

Maybe not my very first time... but my first time with a tanker. My first serious run for the finish.

I'm a paladin, so I didn't do much fighting, but it was still a chore to get to the top. Thankfully, I didn't disappoint my party members, and we made it to the boss: The guardian Orc. Ok. Our fighter could take that.

And after much spam healing....

We won!

When the chests spawed I was surprised... I hadn't heard about that. I quickly went to a chest, and used my skill in gathering to get it quickly. Something dropped, a single Item, and my auto pick-up got it. Firament pants. ?
They are lv 65 cleric blues. Just what I needed. On my first time to the top! Someone in my party said, "Kaini got the prize! lol" I grinned.
They are statless (huge letdown XD), but I'll still keep them. (And wear them! :p)

(fairly sure I spelled the blue name wrong XD but I'm not online now, so I can't check :p)

Gratz - haven't been in yet, since I hit L90 about the time it went active. I may work on an alt to get there, but anything but cleric has been too boring for me to get serious about. :laugh:

Helion try Archer, I'm loving them!! (once you get pass lvl 51)

My archer is L25 and STILL hasn't been given the job change quest to do, so it's a pain to use inferior armor against higher level monsters. Some day they may actually answer my e-mails and fix that for me. :arg::laugh:

^^ Thanks Hessah, Helion. I can't wait to wear it :p I even bought the boots to match it! (cheap! b/c they were statless too XP) I'll be 62 tonight, getting closer XD

I was thinking on helping spirit, by finding the proper places on where the quests could go... Then after I do CC, see if I want to hate it or not... Like Izyel xD

Really??? Come on, Iyzel isn't that bad, especially now that they lowered the exp you get. It was pretty fun when I was 50, to just solo the whole thing :D

LOL, I remember my first CC run. I was on my lvl 60 cleric and went in with a suicidal axe wielder (honest!). Just the two of us, I can't remember a more nerve wracking session... she went full speed at EVERYTHING. We died a few times but I finally figured out how to keep us both alive, even killed the end boss! I learned more about being a healer that day than any other time I've been on - my hats off to the suicidal axe wielder :)

Too bad most of the people I party with eiter don't know how to tank, or are squishy fighters XD

this is all cause of the tower that they fail at everything
blame the towers befor the towers almost every fighter could
tank since the tower they just fail thick

CC is hard when it comes to magic immune monsters D: They seriously over boosted their def...

Zombies and bats! I hate their aoe D: They love me and chase me to the bottom D:

i found that grinding was slightly better than cc for me :D (i play 1 hr a day, most of the time i don't find a cc pt)

I usually only play an hour as well.... (of course I go over that sometimes XP) But being a cleric, most want me in thier cc party :D

Yeah you need to be careful with the zombies.. I personally thinks it's best for the archer/mage to just kite it (you've gotta be a fighter with decent HP to survive them)

but yeah.. sometimes an hr isn't quite enough.. depending on how fast u find a party and how well the party does..

There was once this mage organising a CC party.. we have 2 mage and an archer already.. and he went and added another mage!!!

The rest of us (including the new mage) was like errr.. this isn't gonna work.. and the leader said "but we need more people ^^"

EDIT: Oh also.. I've seen a member once find the correct chest so we don't get the zombies.. he havested several chest (or the same chest I cant remember) over and over again until he found the yellow bar that's in the middle.. seem to have worked O_o we didn't get any zombies..

Yellow bar in middle... got it. Zombies bad, YUP! Had a pt last night (two clerics and three tanks). Not the best mix but two tanks had +9 swords so I figured we had a shot. First two floors went pretty quick... then zombies. We did EVERY FKING BOX!!! 15 waves of Zombies. Other cleric and I were pretty wiped keeping three close-in fighters alive against their AOE. Good, floor clear... next floor... ZOMBIES!!! *cries for mommy* One fighter took a quick break and the other cleric and I start comparing notes on skills, stats, weapons, even comparing armor. Yes... sadly the fighter chose THAT moment to pop out of his shroom, yell 'get em' and charge in. Other two fighters rush in also, oblivious that the two clerics are chatting merrily while in their kiddie clothes. Leroy Jenkins would have been proud! It was a wipe, but we had a good laugh over it. I commented 'two clerics OFO (out fcking off) FTW!' and that prety much wrapped up the quest.

i still hvnt reached the lvl to go cc and stopped plyin fiesta cause of much lag im thinkin shud i go bck

:uhoh:u were luckyyyyy! i've been up Crystal Castle countless times and never got a single blue! GRATZ BTW!
