Almost fell for a scam..
 

Last night I was just vending when some girl shouted "lvl 60 axe +9, 4.5g, whisp me"

So I whispered her asking wat stat... It was like 16 STR and 14 DEX or some crap stat like that..

So I thought.. hmm that's not too bad since it's cheap.. so I thought for about 5 mins then told her I'll buy it..

While I was waiting for her to reply someone else shouted "She scammed 4.5g off me"

Oooo so I whispered this dude.. and he said that she trade him showing that +9 axe.. he put money in, then she closed the trade and put in a fake axe.. and trade again.. assuming that you wont check the axe again..

So if anyone is doing any trading, check the items EVERYTIME before you hit accept!

LOOOL she whispered me right after i got to sixty today in the morning asking me if i was interested in that axe. to bad for her (?) i couldn't care less about my fighter to give him a +9.

i wonder how many times she has sold her +9 axe..

I wonder why I hadn't thought of that sooner....being poor can make you desperate, and the rules seem to melt away

I always double check to make sure people are selling me the right things. ESO has items that have the same icon but different time duration. A player was going to sell me two 3-day ones but the second one was the 3 hr one. >P At least he didn't mean it... I think.

I actually fell for a trick like this in Runescape many many many years ago LOL

Yeah, I haven't been scammed yet. I've only done the 1g for 1s vending before though... boy they sell fast. :P

last scam i fell for was the fighter vitaliy skill scroll being sold as a T2 HP vitality learining scroll. before they changed the way they looked.

ive been scamed o many times lols and hacked on fiesta like 2 times
so i dont care for the game no more

As for scamming, people are lazy and can't make money. =/

and i was tought i was lazy, but i can make money

this used ot happen on flyff both ways. sometimes the seller would be the one to close the window then change the item for something that looked the same. other times the buyer would close it and say something like his inventory was full then put the money back in minus a 0 or two and because there were no commas in the numbers it was hard to tell.

It's not scamming until it's done in real life.

I had two dollars (This is Australian currency, it's a gold coin), and it was on the day of a festival or something. Some kid walks up to me and says "hey i'll give you my two dollars for your two dollars." I didn't see any harm in trading, so I traded with him. At the time, I didn't know that two cent pieces looked exactly the same as two dollars...

The girls got nerve to do that -.-
She must have been very poor indeed

I think she got pretty rich after a day or two.. xD
