I dunno if this is a stupid question but.. how come they wait so long before releasing a picture/footage of it? It's been 6 years since the pic/video was taken.

it looks like its got telekinetic powers...you better be careful, it might take control of all the fishes in the tank its put in

NOTE: People have been genetically breeding fish to such lengths as to produce a fish of this type just because it looks very different. The've bred glowing fish and completely transparent fish too; thats not to say that there are some fish in the wild with unique characteristics such as bio luminescence and colorchanging skin and other sci-fi-like features

It looks pretty cool, a couple of weeks ago someone brought in an article about a completely transparent frog in South America. That was amazing

Its not bred. it was discovered naturally. there are evolutionary advantages towards having a head like that.
