if you wondering why so many ppl nowadays lvling noobs, here is another reason.

Please look at Level 15 skills, the quest Hopeless James 1 (Tutorial Quest) will give you an Ex Elrue to enhance your gear. This is a quest item, so it is perfect with 100% success rate to any gear, even T5.

One important point that breaking T5 gears is most easy way to make karis stones.

So, dont break your +9 now, it is a waste, just buy some crappy t5 gears in maket to enhance it to make some karis for you.

I honestly dont see what your trying to say here....

What are the criterias to make a Karis? Does the gear have to be certain Tier / +x?

i checked the wiki but didn't see anything. what's a karis >_<?

karis is the stone you need to upgrade stuff to +10

need to break a +9 and u will get one

At +5 u get like one for a T3 wep

You will always get a karis, but when you are upgrading, I think it has a chance to fail? When you have a weapon that is +9 if you go to a healer they can dismantle it and you can get a Karis based on what Item level the weapon is. I believe you get 2 for a level 3 Item and 1 for a level 2 item

t5 weapone/shield [+2]=1 karis stone
[+3]=2 karis stones.

t5 armors/pants [+3] = 1 karis stone.

Hmm, that quest never worked for me, always said the enchancement thing I was using (the EX Elrue) was the wrong Tier =/

T5 is 100. So the user must be 100 to enhance those...

I say it's fail anyway.

T5 elure is 100lv limited, but you here are using Ex elure which is without such limitation.

Folks, this thread is considered 'against ToS' by outspark. All related theads have been yanked from their server forums. The fact that any level character can enhance any item, including a T5 weapon, using the 'ex elrue' with 100% success rate is an exploit (?). A T5 weapon that is +3 yields 2 karis. I expect the hopeless James quest to be modified shortly...

Only 1 Karis? Most charts are showing 2 Karis for a +3 T5 weapon and 1 for other +3 T5 items... Man, if you have to go through all that effort for 1 Karis (not to mention buying the T5 item to begin with) then I would say this is fail unless you are lvl 100+ getting T5 item drops to begin with.
