Who said Nova/Inferno doesnt crit?

I was thinking the same thing when my mage hit 60, whenever I did Nova (and later on, Inferno too) I was puzzled after seeing the numbers increase so high, so randomly. If only they would apply the normal crit effect (purple numbers, eye-burning screen effects, breaking-of-glass sound effects and whatnot) to those skills and any other skills that don't show crits that really crit xD

If they do the crit effects all the mages would have terrible seizures xD Coz when Nova/inferno crits it seems to crit most (if not all) the mobs at once when you...

I never noticed them standing out like that, I always thought they were just double damage or so.

You hit it right onda nose there. Most mages complain about a freeze lag when ever they. Cast frost nova on more than 15 or so mobs. This is because of it's animation. If yal grind SOD or higher (probably even abyss 60) you will notice that you cast inferno with no problems, but screenfreeze for frost nova. Now imagin if it actually showed aoe crits in big purple lol. Dunno about you lot, but I am 80% sure I would dc or get some kind of bin. Error instantly.

I got a question though, someone said you can change something inda fiesta files to stop you from seeing the ice appear and fall from frost nova making it look alotmore simplistic like inferno and thus eliminating the lag.

Anyone know how?

Lol, i'm in no way suggesting like.. editting the game or something like that even though that is well within my right... the files are are in my computer & id be the only person who can see the changes lol.
I dont wanna edit frost nova to look like a kamehameha or anything. i just wanna get rid of the 'frost' bit at the beginning. it would save the lives of so many mages that dont have fux pro computers lol
