Would anybody be interested in a FiestaFan guild?

Thoughts, comments?

Lackluster 11-06-2007 06:59 PM

Too many Teva nubs.

toolrocket 11-06-2007 07:02 PM

I thought TEVA was a rather mature server?

Lackluster 11-06-2007 07:04 PM

Mature server?

Fixed for ya. And I would think a few would be enticed by the idea, but i don't think the major ballers/lurkers would join; since most have an established guild already.

toolrocket 11-06-2007 07:39 PM

Prolly a better description Aelfis... I meant that there were plenty of high level folks on teva becuase it's been around the longest...

*points to G___G tag* >_> Already been done. Well, obviously doesn't have everybody but 98% of ggers are FF people :s

KY_Jelly 11-06-2007 10:19 PM

you lack of lubricant and pedobear makes GG fail as a FF guild.

GG is super exclusive. As in not recruiting [me].

I don't think it is FFs official guild if only the 1337 people are in. >.>

Triumph 11-07-2007 12:35 AM

Don't think it would work.

As soon as someone turns 50, three major guilds go recruiting.

BusouRenkin, Collision, and GardonOfRecluse.

Plus, the majority of those who frequent FiestaFan are in GG, and those who aren't are already in established guilds.

Is Collision still around? I quit CL because I was the only one below level 40 in it.

Yup.

It's falling apart a bit, like BR and GoR.

All the "great" guilds are starting to fall apart a little.

fullback 11-07-2007 12:40 AM

All the main people in CL from CB have basically quit.

Blaaaaaaaah 11-07-2007 12:41 AM

I actually think they are all hanging around at the high levelled places that's why we don't see them around much. o: I only ever bump into CL again at uruga maps. D:

Edit: Oh yeah, I didn't think of GG as a FiestaFan guild though. D: Most of us are from here but like someone said before, it's been exclusive.

I'd like to see a FiestaFan guild being created though.

phoenix2142 is around, Fireriot is MIA, Claude shows up time to time, Kuhn was on today, haven't seen Synelia, Liz quit on Apo, UchihaSasuke shows up time to time in Uruga, Genkaku is grinding daily.

There are some people in Collision I've never seen before, too.

fullback 11-07-2007 12:45 AM

Ya they did some recruiting shortly after Ob started

O RLY?!

She has two months to get plvled if she does, lol.

Blaaaaaaaah 11-07-2007 12:59 AM

Yeap, haha, but I don't think she's been on much ever since I saw her a few days ago.

Why two months?

Triumph 11-07-2007 01:00 AM

Level cap is lifted December 31st.

Blaaaaaaaah 11-07-2007 01:03 AM

Really! Where did you hear that?

fullback 11-07-2007 01:06 AM

Its the rumor going around.

Hyper 11-07-2007 01:13 AM

I just fell out of my chair.
I need to kick it in gear so I can get to the 6x ASAP.

Stupid parents and their "no electronics during the week" rule. Yeah, I cant play during the week, and then it gets to the weekend.

Why on earth would I want to play the comp after a week without it! [/SARCASM]

Two goals:

1. Save up points and become certified "cash-whore"

2. Reach level cap

Hessah 11-07-2007 01:25 AM

reckon 2 months of 20hrs a week on fiesta would get me from lvl 42 to level cap? haha

Triumph 11-07-2007 03:53 AM

AEW is about 100k exp an hour, varies depending on time, party, efficiency, etc.

It's about what, 21 million exp to 59 from 42?

2 months of 20 hours a week won't get you there, but you'll be 57 when you finish. This is all estimation.

This is assuming that you will attain 16 million exp in a mathematical fashion, and you don't die, and assuming experience is a linear growth, and also that you play consistently 20 hours exact.

Hessah 11-07-2007 03:55 AM

aw wat... hard core grinding will only get me to lvl 57...

Too hard~

forget it keke

Log 25 hours a week and you got it.

I officially no longer respect the level cappers, or people who are at 60.

I can't even imagine how blood-shot Fireriot or Cookie's eyes must be.

rokaraged 11-07-2007 10:20 PM

I was asked to join a collision a few days ago...

Apparently they really have lost numbers or nobody Knows i'm a GL >.>;;;

Anyway
Most of fiestafan is either in G_G or not in Teva.
G_g better be raising enough money for another branch soon...

O-mie 11-07-2007 11:51 PM

Hm you really think we need one already? O.o

Valentines 11-07-2007 11:56 PM

Naw.

few things
1. Yes they probably are blood shot anyway BUT
2. There are quests that give conciderable amounts of exp for short periods
3. a good partyin AEW earns alot more then just 100k an hour there
4. Theres also FOS to concider...

toolrocket 11-08-2007 06:34 PM

You think the higher level guilds falling apart is a sign that Fiesta has already peaked and people are finding new games or going back to old?

I'd probably get bored of this game one i topped out also, but i play only 1-2 hrs on weekends, so that's a long way off!

Or MAYBE they just bought guitar hero 3 and they'll be back once the novelty of that wears off...

Pedobear 11-08-2007 09:15 PM

no, the high level guilds are falling apart because all those people are guild hoppers and have too much money.

that's why you get creations of guilds like sleepless nights and such.

Stryfe 11-11-2007 03:21 AM

Mhm. Collision isn't really dying. I can't speak for BR or GoR, but the guild average of Collision is around a healthy 13~16. Alot of the "Strong" guilds are "diminishing" because people hit the cap and there really isn't much of an incentive to play. Some still log on from time to time to help out guildmembers, but they probably wont be as active until the cap is removed.

I myself haven't leveled in a month. ^^;

Irrevelant, but its totally up to you whom you respect and who you don't. ;o

No.

Well, alot of people either get bored on the run to 59, or when they do get to 59, there's not much else to do. It's natural for people to move on to something else.

And Guitar Hero 3 is fun. <3 My gf bought it and let me play it for the first time (I never tried GHI or II), and I haven't been able to stop playing since then. Boy, does she regret ever letting me try it now. xD
