It is normally for a baby shower. It is made of rolled up diapers (unused of course) stacked to look kinda like a wedding cake. Then after the shower the Mom to be can take the cake apart and use the diapers when the baby is born.

Yeah, I never heard of it to. I had to google itxD. I'm going to a friends baby shower this month and I want to try to make it since they're having a diaper cake contest or whatever.
