Where are you located and what sort of error messages are you getting when trying to reach Outspark's website?

Australia and it just says outspark.com could not be found.

It could be any number of things, including an old DNS cache, an entry in your HOSTS file, some sort of firewall/PeerGuardian blockage.

As for the game not working, what sort of errors are you getting there?

I'm in Australia and www.outspark.com works for me.

Might be your connection? Have you tried clearing your cache? What browser are you using?

I don't think it's browser related, since it seems his launcher won't connect to the server, either. It's either the ISP's DNS cache (or other ISP problem) or there is something on his computer preventing the connection, like a firewall or other IP blocking program. Or, like I said, somehow his HOSTS file got an entry blocking Outspark's IP range.

Sometimes these types of things temporarily crop up. Could you do a tracert and post the results?

Ok, go to Tools --> Internet Option --> Under Browsing History click on "Delete..." --> "Delete Files" for Temporary Internet Files --> Yes.

Then close your IE, and open it and try again?

Nope it doesn't work :O and btw what is a tracert? Oh and it does sometimes temporarily work at random times, but not right now

Well, we may be getting the cart before the horse. Try entering 70.42.237.45 into your browser's address bar and see if you can get to the Outspark site like that.

kk.. but maybe just reformating my computer will work? and it says "If your browser doesn't automatically go there within a few seconds, you may want to go to Outspark manually."

Seems like it's a DNS problem, then, since the direct IP is working. You're probably using the default ISP DNS cache, and depending on who they are, it probably isn't great. I use Google's DNS service.

Follow those setup instructions and then let me know if it's working.

Hi guys, I have exactly the same problem as Heal. Only i'm using firefox; and what's this changing google thing, tried the link, doesn't understand a thing. plz help >.<

PS: game not working, when i try to log on it says 'the remote name could not be resolved: patchdb.outspark.net'

got the solution exit ur Windows Defender if u have it it will solve it all ,, or Firewall for <<xp

I'm pretty sure that whomever had the problem had it fixed about a year ago.
