Just Wondering...
 
I was just wondering though I've noticed this a while back. Did the population in Apoline decrease? There used to be several mushroom patches all over Roumen and now I see a dot here and there. Same goes for the newbie areas. I'm not sure it it's just the people moving to Bijou or whatever... but I sure did notice a population decrease. Is it the same in Teva?

Tevas always been crowded, mainly because its the original server, and some people don't wanna start over on other servers.

The new server bijou is also taking alot of possible apolieans...

Really what sucks about the last server down on the server menu is people really don't concider it, when selecting a server to join ><

Nothing wrong with a less crowded server. My Fighter was able to get into 2 Slime KQs every hour... even during those supposedly busy times.

I love Apoline because Steam sometimes "forgets" to turn of exp bonuses. :P Really I'm just waiting for another one of those to get to 40 on my Archer...

I actually thought Teva is a bit more empty now... before Bijou, going through Roumen was hell to me because shrooms covered every inch of the ground. But now it's a lot better and I don't have so much trouble walking without clicking on shrooms by accident.

Or maybe it's just that time of the day when I was there.

Yeah, the population did decrease. But there's still a ton of people on Apoline and more joining every day. Teva is also kinda empty but I don't play there or on Bijou. When its around 2:00-3:00 AM in the morning for me the entire server is practically empty. You don't see many people running around and you can always get into two of the lower Kingdom Quests. I still can't get into Gold Hill because I keep forgetting to pay attention. @_@

Really, Apoline is soooo empty compared to some months ago. Like Blahs said, I can get through Roumen without accidentally clicking on mushrooms.

I guess it's also the China IP ban..? One person I partied with today said he was from China and his line drops often since that patch.

This is saying that ALOT of people are playing fiesta frm china if that's the case. More reason not to bann foreign IPs. xD

That could be it but it could also be because a lot of people are annoyed at this game and have begun leaving like Pritcher. I'm quite fine with it. The less lag the game has the better for me. I still need to get myself a really good gaming PC eventually though. That way I won't having any lag (or at least it won't be so blatantly obvious). Its a good thing that i'm no longer a Cleric because that really screws you and your party up. Then again... its not exactly fun when you lag as a Mage either. =/

Nah, they should still ban foreign IPs. Seeing that they figured most of those gold farmers are from China, it'll balance out the economy bit I suppose? Besides I think some left the game due to the gold farmers/bots. Although those spammers are no longer shouting... they are still located where everything is so you have white instead of orange letters blocking your chat window.

I reccon that day when appoline had 3X exp bumped everyone up to the 30's (would have been a good day for me to work on my lower lvl chars) and i think when new people join they see no one in roumen and join a diff server. We appolinians need to make babies to save our server... and we need to train them to be scared of teva's big city life :P
