Actually all of this has been in the test server which was tested by other players, so I think it's going to be pretty good patch.

But the last thing Jax and Ryze need is a buff. If anything, they need a nerf, or to be left the way they are as others are buffed @_@

Ryze needed the rework. In higher lvl play, ryze is pretty horrible.

He's made to be a starter character, though. thats why his difficulty is as low as you can get... higher difficulty is supposed to mean higher potential, although its supposed to be harder to hone it.

ugh, so freaking tired of these lame idiots that go into a game just ot fuck up. a ryze with nothing but those vampiric things. yes, every slot filled with it. and feeding.

no duh. the update just finished... i meant in general. it was the first time i've played him. he kicks ass.

I've actually been trying Jax for a bit now. First time I've had fun with a champ in a while.

Yeah, and Ryze really needed to be changed. All he could do/needed to do was prison->ult->overload hope they're dead. Not viable for most anything higher than newbie island.
