maybe the name is more look alike (not duplicate) :D

There was a topic about that on the OS forums, but as long as the name isn't exactly the same and the masks aren't exact copies I don't think they can.

I think they could get sued if the bleach people really wanted to... or else, people can just copy famous logos/designs and just "tweak" it and say it's different o-O"

also, why is there a picture of the grimjaw mask and hallow mask together, you cna wear both o_O?.
and i think if they didn't get permission they're probably still safe. those little tweaks are what knock offs live off of in clothing D:

oh i actually remember seeing something once where this person was like selling dresses and stuff that were just a little different from the designer dresses and was getting away with it. the differences were so tiny most people wouldn't even notice.

idk i think they ended up changing the names slightly... i doubt they will actually get sued, but to me it looks like they're taking their chances...

edit: yeah its like ichigo's mask + grimmjow's xD which doesnt really work...

To be honest... they are actually quite ugly and they dont really work with the ponytail lmao

Ugly masks.

They can certainly be sued. You can file a suit for just about anything. Whether it is successful or not depends on how close the designs are to the original and if they could be confused with being created/endorsed by the original company. I'm not too sure these pass the "moron in a hurry" test.

Those are very ugly and don't fit in with Fiesta at all >.> Even for Halloween

not really ugly. but more cruel and brutal mask, not suitable for 13 to 15 years old and for pregnant women :D

the cat one is okay, I guess, but they are really stupid looking.

the mask looks like exactly like the animes (bleach and naruto i think o.O) anyways, where do the copyrights go xD

nowaday, why the halloween is the anime character, (i wish the halloween theme is default, like jack lantern, reaper,. doom "D)
