Is there a place where I talk/yell/scream/shout at a Microsoft Support person? Like over IM???
I know T-Mobile has this for customer support. But I can't find anything on Microsoft's site and I'm just getting pissed off trying to find the answer. |

Yes and no. I'm tired of looking for FAQs and help guides... >___> I just want to talk to a real person? And by talking, I actually mean typing. |

Select the topic, then scroll down to the bottom and click the big question mark button. BTW, what's the problem? Maybe we can help. |
I use Windows Live Mail. I'm trying to import the global address book from Outlook Web Access (which has addresses for everybody at my school) into Windows Live Mail.
This way, I can just type their name and their e-mail will show up. Otherwise, I'd have to still go through Web Access in order to find their e-mail address. |
The big question mark loooooooooooooooooooops meeeeee T_T_T_T
Oh, and the problem is that they don't actually a category for Windows Live Mail. It's not under one of the headings (not an Office product, not an OS thing, not IE, etc.) :/ I tried running it as an Outlook 2007 program but then they ask me for the product ID number and Live Mail doesn't have one of those. |
Alt + Ctrl + Del/Task manager/Processes/One of the columns should show PID.

Product ID number doesn't even help me since Windows Live Mail doesn't even show up as one of their products.
|
D'oh! Lol sorry, thanks for pointing that out.
|
in that case your best bet might actually be to send them an email. if they can't help you that way they can at least maybe point you in the direction of someone who can.
