It's probably the polite way of saying "Hmm, I don't like this. I won't post and say it sucks because that would be rude." I haven't personally posted in those because musical taste is subjective, and while I don't care for it, there's no need to feed a potential persecution complex that I'm always attacking anything you post.

it's just somewhat disheartening to see other random music video threads spread up and get at least 18 comments each. :|

Does it really matter?

Eh, this site tends to skew toward anime music, Korean and Japanese pop, and other Asian trends. I can see whey The Pixies wouldn't generate much interest.

You remember the "What's your favorite music" thread, right? There was so much stuff there I couldn't stand. It drove home the point that on a musical level, I wasn't in step with the average user of this site.

Edit: On a not-really-related musical note: I'm taking my kid to see Journey tonight.

Just for Jik...a bluegrass cover of Strawberry Fields. The audio isn't great, but this band is a must-see live.

I'm not a fan of J/K-pop either. Not quite dislike, but close.


Main reason I don't comment is because I can't be bothered to try to load the full YouTube videos. Play--Buffer--Pause--Get Stuck--So on.

I don't really care, since this site isn't really into Pokemon, though if I go to serebii, or Smogon, and post there, I'll probably get more relies...though probably I won't.

Well, the reason why I don't post on those threads is that, I don't like listening to music on Youtube, unless it's from a band I like. The only time I will watch Youtube, is if it's like something funny...

And i previously gave 4 examples or so... and there's many more that i just didnt feel like digging for. So... your example of the pokemon thread is invalid.
