How do I transfer item/money from my mule to my main character?

If they're on the same account, you can transfer via your storage.

I did find out, however, that certain items DON'T transfer...i.e. potins you buy fron Fiesta Store and other items that are binded to you...:(

True. That includes quest items and reward items (chests, apprenticeship, academy, etc.)

The only premium item I know of that can be transferred through storage is the 2008 Vday crown.

Except the x-mas pets and the king crown.

If the stuff is on another account have a trusted friend hold it for you while you switch.

I bought 2 beauty shops - one for my daughter and I can't transfer it to her via storage - it won't go into storage. Wahhh.

Cash shop items will appear in your premium item inventory (last tab in your inventory) and is accessible by all the characters on all the servers on that account. Once taken out though, they cannot be transferred.
