Nah It's because he has the Spoil Tag inside a spoil tag. It makes it so that no matter how many times you click it doesnt open.

Actually it's an IE thing (Trident layout engine). Firefox (TraceMonkey for v3.5+, Gecko for pre-3.5) has no problem with it. Unsure if Chrome (Webkit) or Opera (Presto) suffers the same thing as IE does.
