[FiestaFan] Errors and Downtimes
 

Hi FFers!

We are currently going through some forum upgrades, hence the down times/errors we are experiencing. There are a few pages that aren't working, but hopefully it'll be fixed soon!

If you seem to find any bugs/problems, feel free to post it here too.

Known issues:

• Intermittent database connection errors mixed with Internal Server Errors (500)
• Main page + wiki error
  • Main page has no content
  • Wiki link goes back to main page
• Profiles not shown in member pages
• Cannot edit profile from User CP
  • Go here to edit.
• Last activity not shown under the tags in member pages

LOL, smooth.

Anyway, like I said in the other thread, I'm getting periodic database errors and I get the occasional Interal Server Error (500). Typical when dealing with these types of upgrades, really.

I knew it. The forum admins sneakily hijacked the wiki. This means war!

I thought it was just me.. xD

Hey look! We now get a different error page! I think we have some progress..?! -cross fingers-

Heh. We'll be sending out emails when Wiki gets fixed since it's so important!

I just hope the e-mail isn't "Good news, the wiki now works! Bad news, MySQL totally ate the database. Time to fill it in again!"

Yes, yes he should. Whether he/she did or not remains to be seen. I hope this whole thing is the result of a friend doing a friend a favor, because if Entropy actually paid someone to update everything, he's getting hosed.

Seems the main page and wiki is up and running.

Nonetheless, if you guys do spot any errors be sure to let us know.

Requesting someone with the proper permissions to redirect $wgLogo to a desired image. It is currently set as the default image.

i just realized the image resizing thing works now
profile > options
scroll down til you see a section about images. there's an option there to resize images if they're over a size you choose.
