This might be more than a bit confusing. Especially when we don't know how many roles there are. Will we at least still know the Human/Legal ratio?

But you don't know which roles will be in play and which won't.

Could be all plain humans and legals. just depends on what chance says what roles are in play.

Ivramore o totally missed your question about the legal / human ratio.
The answer is you will know how many legals there are bit you won't know how many humans because there are two possible non human role not aligned with the legals.

Would lime to get as many entrants as possible to make it really interesting.
