you can buy cs items in game with gold
but if you want prepaid cards, you can get them in us, at target and 7eleven

Nope. You can buy cashshop items and cashshop currency directly from other players.

But just so you know the current gold to ebuck (cs currency) is 1:20 or more at the moment. In the west server, I heard it's a lot more in the east.

And a costume generally costs roughly... 11 eb for the cheaper ones. If you want something like mounts it'll go to 15-20+

I really dont know the currencies yet but that sounds like a lot... I'm only downloading it now.

lvl 76+ is when the money starts rolling in

lol wow thats only 24 levels before current cap.

I wouldn't say that. It's when you hit 60-ish and are able to farm the River Temple instances. Each solo run rakes in roughly 10g. I hardly farmed with my Ranger so I'm doing it with my Shaman. I'll probably be staying in that level range and farming for some time to collect money.

76+ is when you are able to do this daily quest which if you complete all three gives you 120g per day.
