I was sitting in this little place, eating, with my brother and his girlfriend when it came on the news. xD

Thats like 2 in 1 day, isn't it?

Farrah Fawcett and Jackson.

Jikanu 06-25-2009 11:03 PM

Meh. im not broken up about it. Sucks that he died, i guess, but no more than any other person dying. but i dont really feel BAD for him... i'll miss having him to make fun of, at the most... *shrugs*

A_Forever 06-25-2009 11:06 PM

Eh. My brother and I started making jokes once we heard he had died.

Yes. I know. We are horrible people. ;3

ILiGhTI 06-25-2009 11:10 PM

Fighterboy 06-25-2009 11:18 PM

Lirange 06-25-2009 11:28 PM

Hessah 06-25-2009 11:30 PM

Hmm. I think my brother's girlfriend made one like, "The end of an era. The end of child molesting."

kirbysprite 06-25-2009 11:44 PM

Ah. okay.

I'm now listening to some MJ songs to commemorate him.

he was a pedophile

thought some may overlook it and be sad

was that even proven? & does that take away from everything else he has done for music?

Lirange 06-26-2009 12:23 AM

some people believe he did some people believe he didn't
and not everyone is a fan of music or his work

Neighbor 06-26-2009 12:27 AM

is that not called ignorance? considering it still put music pretty much where it is today?

& im not tryna make an arguement here, im just tryna understand as to why its a "good" thing he died.

Lirange 06-26-2009 12:29 AM

well not everyones the same and sees in your point of view

as for me, his death is eh. I wasn't such a big fan of him, but i didn't hate him.

Neighbor 06-26-2009 12:32 AM

uh huh, i see.

Loveless 06-26-2009 12:35 AM

With anything scandals and crap overshadow the good he had actually done... that anyone that has done.

It's unfortunate he died, I heard it while I was eating lunch and at first it was like "really...?" Not that I'm particularly sad about it... my second thought was "this is definitely going to come up at FF."

LOL, that's what I thought too. Then, I saw no one posted it about it. So, I was all like, I'm gonna be the first to post about this.

LOL. jk.

Let me hear one.

I can only do lame jokes like:

MJ died. Not talking about Michael Jordan.

Hraesvelg 06-26-2009 12:51 AM

He's out of my life, he's out of my life, and it cuts like a knife. He just beat it. In accordance to his will, little boys' pants shall be flown at half-mast. He's such an attention whore, couldn't let Farrah have all of the glory...

These are low-hanging fruit, kirby, LOL.

Are these separate jokes?

Because I don't get the "out of my life, out of my life" joke.

I was trying to rapid-fire the jokes like a lame stand-up comic.

Yosei 06-26-2009 01:06 AM

I admit I found him creepy. But thats only what... 10 years of his life? He's been an entertainer for about 35 years. Starting with the Jackson 5, and then his solo career, both which were big, and people loved. We cannot deny that he's made some legendary songs, and for THAT I think he should be honored.

But I think a lot of people will totally forget that because of the way he was these past years: the molestation accusations, and his obsession with plastic surgery and skin bleaching.

Yeah, he did look creepy, but he was like a 2nd Elvis really =/

kirbysprite 06-26-2009 01:10 AM

Where's that picture of the Girl Michael Jackson...guess it's only available in that one vid one youtube.

Let's play some Michael Jackson, just to commemorate him.

Yosei 06-26-2009 01:11 AM
