how exactly do the cell phone offers work?

you have to do a quiz, then they send a PIN # to your cell and you have to put in the code.

If they subscribe you to a 10 dollar monthly fee after doing that you lose 2.4k SC since buying 10 dollars worth give you 7k SC. Kenryuu just got suckered into their monthly subscription. It may appear to be "free" but there is always a catch.

Yeah don't do it. Always check for and read fineprint when you get offered things that seem too good to be true.

I almost got suckered into a '0 dollar upfront** mobile phone' deal over the phone once, because the telemarketer's accent was heavy. All I heard was "you win... -- - - 0 dollar phone.. - - your house." wut @_@

xD i dont really mind though. since i barely use my phone in the first place (like one every 5 months or something LOL) and if i dont use my money itll run out and ill just end up loosing $100 o: (i already lost $40 :S)
