So like.. this new show started on TLC. Cake Boss.

I love watching them making these fuckin' awesome cakes. Seriously. Amazing stuff *0*

They just dumped water on this guy from the roof of the bakery and then flour all over the guy. It was the delivery boy. He had messed up a cake while delivering it.

Weirdest show ever. xD

They did a frickin' cake for Firefighters. That thing is/was soooo awesome. They had a building on fire.. people in front... firetruck and everything. The building smoked(Water vapor) and the firetruck made noise!

but didn't watch it, only watched john and kate plus 8=]

that show reminds me of "ace of cakes"

when i read the headline of the article about john, i didn't believe it one bit. And it's sad how they sat so far apart during the interview

Haha, I watched that and Jon and Katie Plus 8(makes me feel better about the kids that I live with).

I can't blame them for sitting far apart. If I were him, I'd do the interviews from a seperate studio. I've watched a few bits here and there and I'm surprised he hasn't blown his head off yet. I couldn't live with that shrew.

Meh. I think they're both to blame. Kate's a control freak, and Jon sounds like he doesn't have it all together.

I think the media hasn't helped them either =/ They need to stop putting their family on TV. The paparazzi isn't good for the kids, that + their parents are potentially over. But then again, Kate's admitted she's afraid once the public exposure stops, they won't have any money. She's said they don't have a back up plan.

But yeah, you can so tell just from that one episode, they're so over. They barely talked to eachother, looked at eachother, they never sat together.

I read that the only reason they are still together is for the money. :/

They truly screwed themselves over. I know most people don't agree with them, and I'm not saying I do, but its still sad.

Yes, there are families around the world in worse shape then them but.. ya know..

@Ralath- I can honestly say my mother bought me like 3 gossip magazines. And yeah, thats what I got from all of it. They don't have a back up plan and Kate said, "The show must go on."

Yea, i was afraid of that when i saw the previews, and the show didn't help sway my thought=/ But i dont think they'll divorce because of the kids. And yea, they both dont have jobs i believe, so the show is the only income for them. Would hate to be in their position now

So they probably make about 1-5mil a season.

I only like to watch them because they're honest and real. The other moms on the other shows are like super smiley mothering home makers while Kate has no problem being a bitch on camera. And I wouldn't exactly call her a bitch, she's just... your woman nightmare. The kind of woman all men fear.

They've really gotta lack material on Kate when they criticize her for going out and getting a tan <.<

If her kids were there, she wouldn't get any criticism!


That is what sucks, when they go out alone.

Its rumored that Kate made up a contract with Jon saying that as long as he still did the show.. he could do whatever he wanted. As in, they would have an open marriage.

They have 8 kids... and the only way to take them out is via a bus that you need a specific driving license for. You can't exactly take kids to a tanning salon. And not to mention, you do need a break time to time.

That sounds interesting o: I could see that being true. Jon didn't do much in that episode. Not to mention, he has a really nice car. And knowing Kate, with their old ways, she'd be totally against it.
