The set up of the IM'ing system is now just like Facebook's. Its at the bottom. It tells you how many people are online. Ya know...

Facebook has been changing a lot of stuff recently.

When they changed the chat... it was really confusing at first.

Whenever someone messages me on Facebook (no idea why) I always forget about it and just switch sites. Only to find out days later that I left them hanging...

Happens to me too, but only because I turned off the chat sounds.
